Affectionately named Bike House (because that's why we love it) our home provides ammenities for 7. You will find our 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers spacious living, dining and sleeping. Game night? We've got you covered with a card/game table that doubles as additional dining space if needed. Or stay in and relax on the comfy couch and watch your favorite show. Enjoy dinner on the patio or smores around the fire pit in our large fenced back yard. Bike Kiosk under patio with maps of all nearby trail systems, bike rack and cleaning station. Bike lock provided. Additional amenities Green Egg type grill Corn hole On The Back 40 near Blowing Springs 1.2 miles to Blowing Springs via Back 40 trail 3.0 miles to Ledges via back 40 4.0 miles to Slaughter Pin via back 40 1.0 mile from Metfield Golf Complex (Dogwood/Brittany courses) 1.0 miles from Pickle Ball (Metfield Skills Park) House sits on the back 40 trail system Bike Kiosk with maps, wash station, bike holders Large dog crate (please crate your pet when not in the house with it) 50 lb dog max. And we kindly request no pets on any furniture. ***Absolutely NO CATS homeowners child has a SEVERE cat allergy. ***

Well situated by the greenway and the mountain bike trails. If you are into biking of any kind the location is great and the stay was comfortable.

We brought the whole family, which included 2 adults, three kids, and a dog, and we all had a fantastic time. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. The house was beautiful and overall lovely. We loved biking nearby and driving into Bentonville was super quick. House had a large kennel, dog bowls, and even a pack-and-play if needed. They had a nice large backyard to relax, and the Air hockey table was a blast for the whole family. I would highly recommend :)

The NWA Bike House provided an awesome location for exploring all of the mountain bike trails in the Bentonville/Bella Vista area. The house appears to be a semi-new construction and everything inside and out were clean and nicely kept. The accommodations were both comfortable and relaxing and the home owner provided easy access when/if communications were required. Overall great experience! We will definitely put the NWA Bike House at the top of our list for a future visit!

We all loved this space. Great layout, beds were really comfortable (I looked in to buying my own lol), awesome back yard! We used the trail access nearby and easily could ride in to Bentonville. I felt right at home with the cleanliness.

The property was exactly as advertised. We stayed at this home for 3 nights, while our home was being used for a bachelor party. It was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, although you could occasionally hear traffic off the back deck from a nearby thorough fare. The home was very comfortable, but does have some room for improvement. For example, the master bath shower was missing the soap dispenser, so to take showers, we walked through the house to the 2nd bathroom to use a shower with the amenities (soap & shampoo dispenser). It was odd that my wife (who arrived first), had to go outside to turn water on to the house prior to my arrival. Also, the TV viewing was a little hard to navigate, despite the fact we stream at home via Hulu. (Maybe a more conventional platform like You Tube TV or Hulu - might be easier to navigate. Or simply pay for cable?) Little things like soap, kleenex, etc. - would be appreciated by any traveler. The last thing missing was a TV in the master bedroom itself. Please don't get me wrong - overall, I'd give this home a 3.75-4 out of 5 stars easily. When I think about the renting of a property - it just seemed like some small things were overlooked. We'd easily stay at this location again, if needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was outstanding. They left snacks for us. We had an issue (caused by us) and the communication with the owners was fantastic. The house is decorated in a bike theme and to us was larger than what we saw online. We would stay here again.
