Nestled in Gettysburg, this lovely house for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newly renovated entire rental unit. Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private duplex style home. Sleeps up to 6 (1 queen bed + 1 full + sofabed). Nicely appointed furniture conveniently located less than half a mile from downtown Gettysburg, in the heart of town, close by several restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Just a short ride to major attractions or a nice walk during summer. Enjoy the history of Gettysburg, visit battlefields re-enactments, explore the Seminary, and ghost tours. Close by Gettysburg College for homecoming, graduation, and Family weekend. So much fun to be had! Short drive to Ski Liberty. It’s a wonderful space for travelers who are looking for family getaways and business travels. Private parking in driveway and handicap accessible.

I was looking for a place where we could walk to downtown. This did not disappoint. It was very quiet and clean. One of the beds was not very comfortable, the one without the bathroom attached, but it did not take away from 5 stars.

Hi!! We loved the house and, I, personally, LOVED the front porch!! Centrally located, we did not cook there but certainly could have!! The Mexican restaurant was good and close by, as well as, a Pizza Hut!! Not far from downtown. The history is amazing!! We hope to stay again!

Very clean, well stocked and great location for walking to things downtown. The only suggestion I have is the bedding could be upgraded to nicer thread count sheets and pillows to make the beds more comfortable. I saw comments about the noisy road out front, but we didn’t fins that to be an issue since the bedrooms are in the back if the house.

This place was perfect, exactly what I was hoping for when I booked it for the 160th. The space comfortably housed myself, husband, and my parents-in-law. Kim was a great host leaving a bottle of wine and a lovely assortment of snacks for us. I appreciated being able to park the cars and walk everywhere.

Kim was easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Check-in was easy. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this house is. It has two bedrooms (we only used one) and two large bathrooms. The house is exactly as pictured. We didn't cook so appreciated the notebook with menus from several restaurants in town, along with Kim's suggestions. The house is cozy with a lot of nice touches throughout. It feels homey and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. We even got to see some fireflies! This house rated exceptional for us as it was exactly as described, had lots of room and it is set up with grab bars and a shower seat so that a person with challenges could enjoy this house as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the were snacks and a bottle of wine (we don't drink so can't comment on that.) There is quite a bit of street noise as it's an older home but you don't hear much in the master bedroom. I highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Gettysburg!
They only provide starter supplies like toilet paper, hand washing soap and a roll of paper towels, so bring some with you. The roll of paper towels was a larger one so it lasted fine. There isn't an ice maker but there are several ice trays which were sufficient for the two of us and we were gone most of the day. Kim is a responsive, exceptional host!

We booked this property because we needed a handicap accessible unit for my Dad. The apt had a shower stall that coukd be easily stepped into for someone who needs that ( no grab bars or no slip grip in the bottom) and secondv100% handicap accessible bathroom with a bathtub that has a fold down bench. Parking is great. Very short drive to all things Gettysburg that you would want to see. Many free streaming channels for the TV's. Kim had snacks, and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Overall great stay would recommend this.

Close enough for active walkers to center of town for restaurants/bars/shops (appx 10 mins).
One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever rented and very well maintained (no scuffs on walls/baseboards!). Large bathrooms and bedrooms were a plus as we traveled with our 19 yo daughter.
It should be noted that Buford is a busy street for trucks and locals. There is some traffic noise which is not constant and it did not impact us AT ALL, as the bedrooms are at the back of the house (I’m a super light sleeper who uses earplugs at home and had no problem sleeping here, with my earplugs; my husband and daughter slept well with no complaints of noise !). I was just surprised that I had not seen this noted in any reviews.
We were also very appreciative when we asked (last minute) for an extra hour, to check out at noon, which the host responded “absolutely”.
I highly recommend this rental, it was very spacious, clean, close enough for walking everywhere and the host was very responsive, she also kindly left a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks.

Short weekend stay with another couple. The apartment was very charming and the perfect location. Kim was the best hostess. Quick to respond and very accommodating. Definitely recommend and will be back.

My best friend from grade school and I planned this trip to visit the battlefield. The house was bigger than we expected and was within walking distance of several restaurants. It is also very close to the northern part of the battlefield. The front porch is a great place to unwind!

We enjoyed ourselves and felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is comfortable & you have everything you need to cook.
Kim also left us a welcome basket with snacks & a bottle of wine.
Kim was very easy to work with & we even had last minute changes & Kim was very accommodating.
The house is located right in the town & you can walk to just about anywhere.
We definitely will be staying here again the next time we visit our family in Biglerville.

Hosts went "above and beyond" to insure that our stay was comfortable and rewarding. When the original "Kurig" coffee maker malfunctioned, they replaced it twice. Likely the problem was caused by defective K-Cups that we had purchased.
A lovely bottle of wine and snacks were waiting for us on arrival.
Our only negatives: very little space to hang clothes, no hooks for towels or clothing in the bathrooms and no surfaces for toiletries in the bathrooms.
We needed better instructions for the television in the living room.
Overall, an excellent stay - highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful visit to Gettysburg and we are so happy we chose this fantastic home to stay in. Close to everything and we loved sitting on the porch out front and the deck area out back. We grilled out and cooked so we didn’t have to eat each meal out. Incredibly clean and adorable home that we really appreciated. If we ever come back again, I would want to come back here!

Nice, clean property. Nicely decorated and everything is up to date and perfectly functional. Perfect for small families. Two bathrooms is nice.
Know that it’s on the outskirts of town so you’re not terribly close to any shops and restaurants. It’s right on a main road so there is some traffic noise. Minor gripe but driveway is narrow and a little hard to get in to and out of.
