The building is across street from the Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf side with access via an enclosed crosswalk. On the Gulf side, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with a lazy river, hot tub as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach. There is a second outdoor pool on the same side as the complex, as well as restroom areas, BBQ area, and a fitness center. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 9. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was our first time staying at Crystal Tower. It was booked as a last minute Fall Break trip. The condo is conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions nearby. The room is just off the elevator on the 9th floor, so it was easily accessible. The elevators did get crowded at times, but nothing over a 5-10 minute wait. The beach is just a short walk, but the covered (and air conditioned) walkway made it nice. The condo itself was clean upon arrival. The master bedroom was comfortable with a large bathroom and closet. The second bedroom ms mattress was not comfortable at all. It definitely needs to be upgraded to something with more cushion. The AC was cold all throughout the condo other than the second bedroom. It was always warmer in there. The bedding/ comforter in all the bedrooms was very thin! Hardly any weight. And no extra bedding or blankets throughout the condo. We ended up having to buy extra comforters. Also, the toaster was not working. Not a big deal, just couldn’t have toast. We were able to adjust and adapt and ended up having a great vacation. There were many options for pools & hot tubs. Although the main pool seemed very dirty. Not a reflection of the condo owner, but Crystal Tower needs to do some maintenance.

The space and area was great and the location could not have worked better for us! Each of us spent time in the various pools, hot tubs and of course...AT THE BEACH! The condo was clean and well maintained. We made use of the beach items left for use. The view from the balcony was wonderful! Thanks for the memories!

The apartment was sufficient for our family of four. The bathrooms were the nicest part - very spacious. The kitchen was supplied with all the reasonable resources we needed. There were a few snafus. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa—found that out on night one after driving all day. The Keurig did not work—found that out on our first morning. Both of these issues were resolved by the afternoon of our first full day. Then we discovered the dryer didn’t work. That issues wasn’t resolved until the afternoon before we checked out. (We were there for a week.) aside from that, the pools and facilities were clean and nice. There were lots of young families but we never felt crowded. The patio was very comfortable. Loved being able to see the ocean and the waterway. We had a quiet and restful week.

Our check in was online. Plenty of luggage carts to get luggage and supplies to room easily. Pools were gorgeous, 2 hot tubs, our room had beach chairs and a beach cart which helped getting pool and beach supplies to and fro. Room was very clean. I hope to stay here again .

The unit itself was awesome....just as the pictures depicted! The check-in/out process was totally without problems. Everything needed was supplied. I was contacted by the property manager before, during and after the trip which I was very appreciative of. However, there was one issue encountered. Upon cooking breakfast the day after check-in (Monday), the toaster wasn't working (who doesn't want toast with their breakfast?). Admittedly, I called to report it after hours, which was my fault, but was told someone would be out the next day (Tuesday). It was Wednesday afternoon before someone came and he only took a picture of the toaster and said someone would be out with another one. We didn't get it until the afternoon of the day before our departure. I look upon this as a minor inconvenience and partial blame falls on me for not reporting it the morning of. Other than that, the stay was fantastic and would reserve the unit again. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice location. All pools, elevators and covered walkways were up and running and clean. Great pools and view of them and the gulf. Start of off season, so we didn't really ever wait on elevators. Kitchen had what we needed. Beach things available in unit, nice surprise. Beach was nice, if you replenished beach sand this fall, will be nicer. I was in a leg cast so steps down to beach were a big problem, ramp would be helpful. Master tub was stopped on arrival. Maintenance came and worked on it while we were out. Left a small mess, but fixed. Clean unit. Air and W/D worked great. We would stay here again.

Condos were great overall. They are across the road but its not bad at all with the crosswalk. Some of the elevators were down for maintenance and the wait on elevatos is about the only complaint I had but again wasn't that bad. Overall great place!
