Situated in Clearwater Beach, this charming condo for $294 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This new luxurious upper floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the shrimp trawlers making their way out to sea. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 8 people, with King or Queen-size beds in each of the three bedrooms, a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room with 3-1/2 bathrooms. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family friendly activities, dining and taking in the incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to Taxi's, Uber and Lyft. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. Daily Resort fee of $35 + tax payable at check-in. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

Fabulous beach front accommodations with great balcony overlooking the gulf. Place was spacious, very clean, beds and pillows quite comfortable, and 24 hour staff very helpful. Location was great being a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops but not right in the middle of all of the chaos.

I cannot even begin to say how perfect this stay was for my family! The people that work here are top notch and some of the nicest people we met while being on vacation in multiple cities this week. I’m so glad we picked Avalon to end our vacation with because it was everything we wanted it to be!

It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. There was plenty of rooms and the smell of the place was extremely wonderful ! We would recommend it to anyone who wants luxury and privacy. Also everything was walking distance for dinner, drinks, entertainment.

The property is located in a great location and our room had a perfect view of the beach. Everyone who worked at the Avalon Club was very friendly and helpful and provided outstanding service. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only downside we had in an otherwise great stay was one night where the people next door were very loud and the walls did not seem to be very well insulated for sound. Overall it was a great stay.

We loved every minute of our stay in this stunning condo on the best section of Clearwater beach. It was clean & outfitted with whatever you need. Helpful people working there & they have beach towels & chairs for your use. You can also rent umbrellas & chairs in front of Palm Pavillion(but don’t rent from Frenchy’s , they were very rude & not at all accommodating). The condo is waking distance to many great restaurants. Try Palm Pavilion, Frency’s or sunshine cafe, all very good & within a few blocks.

The Avalon Club was a great find for our group of 3 couples, looking for a place for a long weekend at the beach. Facilities & staff couldn’t be better. The beach is across the parking lot. Restaurants & watering holes abound, just up the street. Our only complaint was that we had to go home.

Loved the condo, had everything we needed. Great view from our balcony and from 2 of the bedrooms. The beach wasn't near as crowded as the south end. Easy walk to lots of food and shopping. And if you don't want to haul down the chairs and umbrellas that are provided, you can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for 25.00 a day just down the beach from the Palm Pavilion.

My family really liked staying at Avalon. There was enough space for us even though they couldn’t accommodate for a couple of rollaway beds. The apartment we rented was beautiful and modern. The beds are very soft however so my husband and I had to sleep on a sofa bed which wasn’t very comfortable. The vents in the living room where the sofa is couldn’t be closed and it was very cold at night as we tried to provide good temperature in other rooms. The location is great as well.

Beautiful property, easy beach access, great views. Just far enough from the crowded areas, but 5 to 10 min walk to stores and restaurants. Staff polite and helpful. Would stay again. Suggestion, change the bathroom shades to something less see-through. The 5th floor deck is adjacent to the bathroom windows, you can see thru the shades, especially at night.

We’ve spent many years coming to Clearwater and I was excited to find the Avalon as an alternative to staying closer to the Pier which can get very crowded. The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for my family of 6 and our extended family had their own 3 bedroom a floor below. The pool isn’t much to note, although my youngest liked it just fine. The pool bar and patio area is great! Beach access is great and North beach is much less crowded. Chairs and umbrellas are available but you need to take them yourself and set them up. Families with little kids or seniors might need a wagon to make this easier. But the beach is worth it! Walking distance to restaurants on Mandalay (about 3 minutes to walk to Palm Pavilion and Frenchy’s Rockaway). If you have a car parking in the garage is really nice. Hope to be back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay. Great location with teens. Short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The most beautiful sunsets every evening from our balcony and the condo is massive. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath unit. Pool and bar were lovely. So convenient that they provide all the beach necessities for you as well!! We'll definitely be back in the future.

This was a nice combination of hotel and hotel amenities but felt like an actual condo. The unit was very clean and had a very nice balcony that looked right at the beach. Beach access is right behind the building ad they did a nice job of providing towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. We prefer this north beach area over the pier and south beach because it is less crowded. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops. Very nice and we would certainly stay again.

Place was spacious with more than enough bathrooms! Was a great getaway for our family and the beach was right there and balconies had an amazing view! The 5th floor pool and bar was a daily stop for ice cream for the kids. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back yearly

This beautiful, clean property provided everything that we needed to make our family vacation comfortable and fun! The location was wonderful (keep in mind there is a parking lot and a couple of other homes between the Avalon and the sand, the pictures are a little deceiving). The staff was so helpful and friendly and responded to any of our needs quickly. The beach towels, umbrellas, and beach toys provided for the kids made our packing from home much less cumbersome and helped tremendously. If we return to Clearwater we will definitely consider staying at this property again, it was a win!

We enjoyed our unit on the 5th floor. It had amazing views of the gulf with 4 sliding glass door access to balconies. We also were adjacent to the pool and bar area. It was easy to check out beach chairs and umbrellas with a short walk to the beach. Just a few minutes-walk took us to fun restaurants, the pier and shopping.

Very nice accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. This area of Clearwater Beach was not overly crowded. The Avalon provides chairs, umbrellas, etc. There were many options for restaurants, all within walkable distances. We highly recommend.
