Nestled in West Bay, this lovely villa for $138 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful home with ocean views, 5 min drive to the beach! Slip away to the serene shores of Roatán Island with a stay at this delightful home, featured on House Hunters International! Perched on the very southwestern tip of the island, this charming rental offers exquisite ocean views in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by lush greenery, plus a superb location just a short drive from the beautiful West Bay beach. This home is set on a hill in the renowned Lighthouse Estate area of West Bay, overlooking the Caribbean Sea towards the coast of Honduras. You'll be just a 5-minute drive from West Bay Beach, where you can sip a tropical drink in the shade of a palm tree. Adventure abounds, too! Book a fishing charter, take a glass-bottomed boat tour, or scuba dive through the colorful coral reef, accompanied by sea turtles, eels, and darting tropical fish. Back at the house, enjoy the refreshing breeze and beautiful views from the comfort of the patio or one of several furnished decks. Inside, big windows and tall ceilings fill the space with abundant natural light, creating a charming space to read, nap, or enjoy a good movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware, the house has a flat-screen TV, a DVD, a DVD library, free WiFi for Netflix, board games, and indoor air conditioning to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Safety and Preference -Private Entrance -Private parking on the property. -Minimum Age Required (21) -No pets allowed -No Smoking. -No parties inside the property. Guest Access Breakfast Buffet: Available at Infinity Bay Resort's Restaurant (West Bay) for a cost of $23 per person/ per day. Additional Information * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently.
