Enjoy privacy and seclusion with: • *Your own private plunge pool, on the hillside with incredible ocean views, in the cool jungle canopy. • *Outdoor patios to take in the view from every floor. • *An extra-large outdoor deck off the entry level. All this while being 300 yards from the most popular beach in West Bay, with all the beach front bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. At the beach front resorts you can rent a day pass, take your personal items and have access to a beach chair all day with security to watch your items. • *In front of Infinity Bay resort is excellent snorkeling. There are numerous dive shops in the area if you want to catch a boat to scuba dive, or fish. Playa Vista means “Beach View” and it checks all the boxes. You have the entire private home stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Hang out in your own private oasis, which is quiet and peaceful, where you can watch the sunset, and stargaze at night from the pool, or venture down to West Bay for the white sand beaches and countless activities. In the house: • *Enjoy cool A/C on every floor. • *The 2nd floor kitchen is equipped with a cold-drinking water dispenser, cookware, utensils, and appliances for cooking meals, plus, coffee maker, Blendtec blender, microwave oven. • *The eating space is on the patio (with views) and a dining table, or eat at a small bar in the kitchen. • *The 2nd floor also includes the living room, cable TV, and a fold out couch as an extra full-size bed. • *The first floor has the bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, walk out patio with ocean view and seating, • *The full bathroom has a large walk-in shower, • *A stackable washer/dryer, • *The outdoor plunge pool and shower. • *Below that is the gated entry, and extra large deck and gas BBQ grill. • *There is also plenty of bath and beach towels, bedding, extra pillows. • *Free Wi-Fi is included. Stairs: There are stairs to get to the property. At the bottom of the property there is a parking lot with parking spaces. Then there are 70 steps up to the property. Once you conquer the steps, you are rewarded with the cool breeze and stunning views from the hillside. Our property manager will check you in, show you everything you need to know about the property, as well as help you with your luggage and will be available during your stay to answer any questions. For an extra fee, we can arrange your transportation to and from the airport with a grocery stop. Our property manager can recommend or coordinate any tourist activities you would like assistance with, as well as private island tours.

We loved Playa Vista. I only wish we could of stayed longer. This house had everything we were looking for. We were wow-ed. We most enjoyed our daily plunge in our own pool, all the outdoor space, the beautiful views, and the complete privacy. We liked renting a private house instead of staying in an apartment or condo for a similar price. The house is a 5 minute walk to West Bay Beaches. Lots of near-by shops, we took advantage of multiple restaurants on the beach so we didn’t cook much. From the restaurant and bars, it was an easy walk home to the peace and quiet. We enjoyed stargazing and the views of West Bay at night as well. Inside we enjoyed a comfortable king size bed, a good A/C, plenty of towels, and all the needed kitchen items. Conrad was a great host, he made us very comfortable, providing information about the area and the house before we arrived. He explained there are stairs up to the house, but they were not an issue. The property manager was just as gracious. He took time to show us everything and how to reach him if we needed anything. We felt very taken care of and left relaxed. It more than exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do in that area and we found it easy to get around, but opted to stay and enjoy the space most of the time. Thank you, we highly recommend this place and will be coming back.
