Located in Bellaire, this lovely house for $326 per night is a great option for your next break. Come enjoy the beauty of Bellaire and all that UP North Michigan has to offer at our "Leap House". 1/2 mi to Downtown Bellaire. (12 min walk or 2-minute drive.) We are close to Shanty Creek/Schuss Mtn. for Skiing/Golf/Trails. You will enjoy our newly remodeled home with fully stocked kitchen. Gas fireplace will make you feel cozy during the winter months. Very spacious rooms for relaxing and playing some games. Outside patio with large table and fire pit with wood for those fun evenings by a campfire. 6 Lockers right inside the door for all of your outerwear. Walk to downtown Bellaire and enjoy some great local establishments such as Shorts Brewing, Mammoth, Bee Well, Hello Vino, Corner Bistro, and Terrain. Lots of great shops to wander through. 4 miles to 7+Golf Courses, 2 miles by bike to Glacial Hills for biking, hiking. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. We welcome dogs and even have bowls ready to be used and a kennel. Home has a fenced in back yard. Bring your family, friends, fur babies or neighbors to enjoy all that Bellaire has to offer! 6 friends came to stay at this cute property for new years. It was a great little get away location. Close to local shops and bars/restaurants. Made the drive to skybridge one day. Only complaint we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher. Great communication with the host. Cute property.

We get away every October to for a Color Tour of northern Michigan. We choose this home because the location was great for the 4 of us! It's only 20-30 minutes to fun areas like Charlevoix, Petoskey, Boyne City and Sky Bridge. We brought our dog so the large, fenced in backyard was very welcoming. Sue was very helpful when we needed anything and the communication was very good. We enjoy Bellaire as well. The house is walking distance to downtown. It is quaint, has some really good restaurants and pubs and lots of places to walk and see the beautiful Intermediate River going through the town. The home is decorated nicely, it's very clean and there are many conveniences available. The upstairs bedroom would be great for children or teens, as the ceiling is lower than we expected. All in all, we enjoy our stay and would return for another visit next year.

This was perfect for our family of 5 plus a baby. Great layout for us. Bathrooms both small but good, decor is great and great outside space and fire pit.

Very cute decor and very clean. Such nice outdoor seating and all the kitchen amenities you can need. We were pleasantly surprised to find central air conditioning. You might emphasize they in your listing.
Only thing negative was the previous tenants garbage sitting out on the street the entire time we were there and a note for your cleaning people - dust under the king bed! I dropped a piece of jewelry and had to look under the bed for it. Dust bunny haven!!
Overall would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant.

Beautiful home with a large fenced backyard, perfect for us to relax with our small dog and adult children. The house was clean and well decorated, beds were comfortable and the location was great for hiking and exploring the area. The doggie provisions, poop bags, a food bowl and a treat were a nice touch. Walking distance to Shorts too, a great bonus!

This was the perfect location for our family trip. Walking distance to the town of Bellaire, which was perfect. Plenty of room for our family and dogs!

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. Our family includes 2 adults, 2 teens and one dog. Upon arrival, we noticed a dog welcoming basket, complete with an extra dish, some treats, a towel and some waste bags. This sweet gesture set the tone for such a lovely stay! The fenced in backyard is perfect for dogs to run and play without having to worry if their lead has been tangled or caught on anything.
Inside, the home is so clean! There is no clutter, and there is plenty of space to store belongings for our stay. The kitchen has just enough supplies and utensils to be able to cook a meal. (We even made break and bake cookies for our kids.)
The beds are super comfortable and the home's location ensures a quiet and peaceful stay.
I really can't recommend this property enough. Every one of my questions was answered and the property owner was super responsive to our requests.
This property is only 15 minutes from Schuss Mountain, and only 3 minutes to the nearest supermarket, coffee shop and gas station. The home is located just one block away from downtown, just a quick, beautiful walk in nice weather.
We will certainly stay here again! Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the entry with the cubbies! We all had our own cubby to store our ski gear and take our shoes off before entering the main living area.
Sue was very communicative and responsive to an issue we had an issue the second day. She took care of it right away before we left for the slopes.
Also, it is pet friendly and I was thrilled we could bring our fur baby for the weekend.

Great space with an artistic flair. The fenced yard with a well lit bbq shed with propane grill were added touches that made the space feel greater. Well laid out, the loft is vertically challenged however. An up to date vacation home. Thanks for sharing! Would like to see it in the summer or fall.

Perfect Ski Vacation for entire family of 6 and a dog
We really enjoyed our stay! We skied at Schuss and it was just a short 10 minute drive. We enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, and watching a family show on the tv by the fire. The backyard was perfect for our dog and a very quiet neighborhood. Incredibly comfortable beds, and luxury linens and towels. Loved the cubbies in the foyer for storing our snow gear at the end of the day.

Amazing family ski trip
The property was very clean, updated and perfect for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and appreciated after a day of skiing. Bellaire downtown was 2 min from our rental and a delight! Need a few baking dishes in kitchen, I love to cook when our family is together. The mudroom area was a great setup for outside enthusiasts and fury friends. Had a wonderful stay!!
