• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (entire stay, includes 1 propane tank)
• Pool/Spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for the entire stay)

This house was perfect for our group of 9 (3 families). The host was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our kids loved the pool on property and we spend many hours enjoying it. Sometimes the gate to the community is finicky, but that has nothing to do with the host or the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication was on point. I was able to check in and felt like I was prepared for our stay. I didn’t have any questions un answered. The code worked and the host was always ahead of me and sending communication before I asked regarding check in details and check out details. Highly recommend and would use Mr. host again in the future.
