The stylish hotel is perfectly located in Chinatown, right near the Metro. The room is good sized, bed is comfy, and there's coffee and a fridge. The staff is extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in a 'Standard Double Room'.
Room - Small but generally clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Service - Polite, courteous and helpful.
Location - Very central and a short walk away from the busy areas of Chinatown and the MRT.
Bathroom - There was considerable mould on/between the tiles in the shower. They really need a proper clean.

In a good location in China town, handy for the MRT, bus etc. Reception staff helpful as somehow we had made more than one booking (tried to book direct but never heard back but seems they had taken the booking anyway)
Had a studio room, not knowing this meant we didn;t have the lovely big shuttered windows onto the street - information on site not clear. Gap either side of bed was v v small, and hard to move through to get into bed. Felt expensive (we had stayed in a much flasher hotel nearby for not that much more money)
