i enjoyed my stay overall, will definitely book again.

i like the view in my room. staff are very well helpful. location is good.

i think the building is in due for renovation or maintenance as i walked on the hallway, there's this smell that i can't figure.

糟糕的飯店

明明在下訂時已告知需要嬰兒床,飯店卻告知無法提供再提前溝通後才說可以提供,但抵達時飯店仍無準備溝通後才願意提供,但嬰兒床很髒浴室蓮蓬頭是我此生見過最爛的,位置太高也沒辦法架著房間很狹窄老舊,並且位在商辦大樓裡片看著大樓外螢幕飯店的宣傳影片,還強調親子友善覺得十分諷刺這間飯店離親子友善的距離十分遙遠入住的實際情況跟形象影片根本天壤之別

Отличное место

Как многие отметили отличное расположение, в случае дождя можно дойти до метро не выходя на улицу. Вечером можно сходить на ужин, шведский стол (выбор еды очень большой)

Все хорошо, ужин стоит дорого (но ребенок 5 лет бесплатно)

Chinatown are near by n transportation are convenient too

Location very centralise so convenient for shopping n all food stalls are surrounding the areas MRT near by too

I liked the location, the view from our room, and overall the rest we would get from our room. It is so nice to be able to rest and clean yourself after a full day.

Just the staff could be more accommodating.

A good place to stay with lots to see and eat in China Town.

Centrally located. Close to Station for public transport.

Lobby on room floor smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and a little dated.

Great location, hotel needs a big update - decor looks about 30 years old.

Location is convenient, within walking distance of most things, between 2 metro stations. The staff are wonderful, very proactive dealing with any of our questions. The pool area is very nice.

The "self-check in " is a waste of time - we had to do it all again at reception. Its a very tired looking hotel, carpets badly need replacing/updating, the paint color in the hallways is very drab, The rooms are nice but could do with an update, TV was not straight forward to use.

Close to a number of mrt stations and nice pool although you have to go down steps to get to it

Room with 1 small window that didnt even face outside..

Staff was friendly, Breakfast was very good.

The room given to us had no window looking outside. You are in the room and there is no way to find out if its Sunny or Raining outside. Extremely dusty, bath area was getting clogged. It was long walk away from the lift. Terrible choice if you are with young family.

Too but and too dirty.

Too much dirty. The room was not cleaned at all. And the room was totally different compared to the photos of sites. The original photos was city view but this room’s view was just buffed room. TV didn’t work at all. I complained to the staff but she didn’t treat our complaints. Finally I decided to cancel and abandon to the rest of 2 night stay, but no refund. I had to reserve another hotel after that. I want to claim the refund of rest of 2 nights.

Wonderful. Loved the big room

Brilliant location, in the heart of Chinatown. Lovely big room.with tea-making facilities and a safe. All very clean. Good security. Very helpful staff. Also had a lovely view.

My only complaint is that I didnt like the pillows, I found them uncomfortable. Probably just me because I have a special one at home. I would probably stay there again ; just take my own pillow

Very good hotel

Very nice family room, nice staff, location is great near Mrt and major attractions, hotel is wel maintained, good views from room.

Pool is very very cold, only went once in 3 days.

Disappointing

The view and location was good and the room was a good size.

The room is not cleaned every day. We are a family of four and our dustbins were emptied only once in 3 days which is not acceptable. When the room is cleaned the staff don't do a good job - we found sticky stains on the table and finger prints on the handles in the bathroom. The reception desk can never be reached by phone. No one ever answers the call.

This is a pretty good hotel, but for the price of the rooms it is a little shabby, defiantly needs some TLC. They only make up your room every 3rd night and when they did the used towels were not taken away and the room didn't really feel like it had been serviced. It's always nice after a busy day sight seeing to come back to a clean room. The location of the hotel makes up for it though, on the door step of china town and clarke key. Its a reasonable hotel all in all and the staff are very friendly.

Overall, it was not bad. View was great, staff were friendly. Just be mindful of housekeeping timing

the view was amazing (though the sunrise was blocked), staff was friendly and nice. Love the bathtub and the swimming pool.

the hotel lifts were hard to use as we had to insert card which does not seem to work in the first try. The hotel only do room cleaning once every 3 days so it was not that convenient for someone whos only staying for 3D2N.

staff excellent especially Ray & Ivy in the club bar

looking outdated, badly needs redecorating & more varied breakfast, everything was cold even earlier in the morning, only thing hot was omelettes as cooked to order
