Close to shops, clean bedroom, friendly staff.

Good location - 5 minutes walk to shopping centre, restaurants and not far from metro. Nice, clean room. Clean unsuite bathroom and toilet. Friendly, helpful staff.

No place to put luggage in the bedroom but thats minor as there are a lot of pros to staying here.

Great location in a central part of the city!!

Cosy and air con was great to get out of heat!

Didn’t like how cramped the room was but would pick a bigger room if we were to book again!

Experience hotel. 5 stars!

This hotel exceeded my expectation, it was a lovely experience. Our room was super comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a busy city break including free mini fridge and coffee machine/kettle. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Lovely big comfortable bed and tv with Netflix. The location of the hotel us perfectly positioned for exploring china town, getting the MRT and river cruises etc. The staff are utterly fantastic, helpful enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Best location, bad competency of the staff!

Good location

Indian woman staff didn’t do anything for our checking out date when they had lift maintenance without notice in advance(She knew about our leaving time,we’ve told her before) .I had to carry my heavy luggage by stairs with my little niece and cousin (all women & child). We asked the staff to help us because of their fault but they just help us only 1 baggage! So it’s not worth to stay in this hotel with such an expensive cost but low competency!!!! We’d like to inform to the manager to improve more..

Para una o dos noches esta bien

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. La limpieza esta muy bien

Cuando llegamos no pudimos ingresar porque todavía no era el horario de check in entonces le pedimos que al recepcionista si podíamos cambiarnos a lo cual respondió que no tenían lugar para eso, me parece que cualquier hotel debería tener al menos un baño en zonas comunes.

Well positioned9 hotel, value for money

Location of hotel good. Staff great.

No storage, which made it difficult to be organised. No view from room. Shower in bathroom meant you got wet feet every time you used the toilet. Room too small for comfort.

Great location, helpful staff, and comfy room.

It was in walking distance to many things. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately, they did not have an airport shuttle like the website advertised.

Excellent receptionist.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. The complimentary snacks were a pleasant surprise. The location was good.

Free minibar in room and very central area

Love their cleanliness and affordable price in such prime location. Walking distance to many attractions. Change bath towel and clean room everyday. Free minibar in our rooms as well. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended.

Meticulously clean and free minibar in room

Meticulously clean with every member of their team so focused on looking after you. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Free minibar with coffee machines was a plus. Plenty of food options in the area.

Modern hotel with nice amenities

Modern hotel with nice amenities. Location was great (near to MRT, Clarke Quay central, Singapore River, cafes etc). Clean room.

Very good

I understand spaces in Singapore is limited but I don’t like the fact that the shower/bathroom is beside the bed separated only by glass shower door. I also don’t like the sink is outside the shower/bathroom. It feels you are sleeping inside a bathroom instead of a bedroom! I think for better experience bathroom/sink should be inside a separate room that directly beside the bed.

Will return again

The location was strategic and bathroom was good size. Plenty of amenities and food choices around from affordable to indulgence. Cleanliness was top notch and the staff was highly attentive and friendly. Overall very accommodating. Highly recommended !

It was a very nice stay, if you don’t care about a small room, you will definitely have a nice stay

The hotel has a great location, everything is very modern and clean, beds are super comfy. The jacuzzi on the roof is really nice and a pretty setup. Staff is really friendly as well.

Rooms were very very very small, we were never able to get ready at the same time bc there was just no space and it was a struggle to even get through the door bc of our bags, but it’s doable.

Poor quality

It had a nice jacuzzi on the rooftop. It was close to the river and restaurants and night life.

The room was terribly cleaned, had mould, and the lighting was very poor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The lift didn't work several times when we needed it, especially when we had luggage to take down 5 levels since reception was there for check out.

Good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very close to restaurants, bars and hawker food centres of Chinatown.

Rooms are a little small but didn’t mind as only there for one night.
