Our stay in Singapore

Bed was large and very comfortable The bathroom was modern and fabulous Lovely compact kitchen with good size fridge freezer In the hallway was a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room all facilities for hanging wet clothes an iron and ironing board Very clever system of using you phone as a digital key! Saying that it all felt really secure any issues we used Whatapp to speak to staff Great location

Perfect location for easy holiday.

Brilliant location, I walked everywhere. The room was small but enough for one. Bed was very comfortable, really big shower with good water pressure, nice quality bath towels, good kitchen set up. Everything was very clean. The staff checked in by WhatsApp occasionally, were easy to contact.

Kitchen could use a toaster and a tea towel. Everything else was provided.

Great location, quite comfortable room with no one to help when you are in real need.

Location was very convenient.

There was a fire alarm at night and no one to attend. all ran out from back door and I fell and injured in to a running water channel which right out the exit door. It was unprotected. when called we were asked to find and switch the alarm off as it was night. Check in process was very complicated.

Clean,comfortable well located next to Clarke Quey

Clean,comfortable and well located. Had everything I needed. Edmar was very helpful with checking me into the apartment. Whilst I had compelled more of the check I my self he made the last bit so much easier. Ryan delivered my stored bag to me promptly and was very helpful. Kim My other hostess I did not meet but I am sure she would have been just as helpful The online support was very helpful any time I had a question

For me the size of the apartment was perfect for one person however if you’re travelling with someone it could be a bit of a tight squeeze. However it is south east Asia and rooms tend to be on the smaller side. Also whilst I had no difficulty using my phone to enter and exit the property post being shown how to do so my Edmar I think it was challenging for many other people as I noticed some people struggling with it in the lobby. The mattress was very soft for me.

Nice place once all renovation work is finished

Renovation noise started at 8 AM and continued till the evening. 1 day there was no water

Very helpful, big on the WhatsApp, which really worked well.

Clean, staff were excellent front of house and on the WhatsApp, great location.

Nothing I can think of, had doubts about the shower but it was excellent.

Very Good Hotel in Singapore!

Digital Hotel with self check-in process. Everything went smoothly and the check-in was no problem. Ryan and Ed were always super nice and helpful when i contacted them via WhatsApp. The room was small but had all the comforts. Even a small kitchenette i could use for breakfast! Washing machines were also very useful! Used the luggage storage during my last day and they kept it till late afternoon! I never had problems with noises coming from other rooms or the street.

Rooms are on the small side but hey, you are in Singapore city center! And, for me, it wasn't a real problem.

A property that you will like to stay at.

A complete hotel with all necessary and useful appliances to make the stay as comfortable as possible.I did not find any issues of noise or disturbance as mentioned in some other reviews.The property does take a refundable deposit of SGD 200 at time of acquiring your digital key on the day of check-in but this gets promptly refunded when you check out ( as long as you have not damaged anything).Also the Heritage Ambassadors are always available on WhatsApp should you need any assistance.Ryan ,who assisted me deserves special mention for his help and outstanding service.

The TV has Apple TV connected to it.So if you have an Apple Tv membership or Netflix,HBO or any other subscription,this will be great for you.Unfortunately,I didn't have any so was limited to watching YouTube.Not that it mattered much as I was out all day and only needed the room for freshening up or for resting.

Lovely appartement in amazing location

The bed was very comfy and the room had the perfect size. Although, I wished that there was some housekeeping in my room, it was overall very clean. The location was amazing as I was able to reach mostly everything by foot. There were also many food & drink options around - so I never lacked anything. The check-in was also very easy. Even though I arrived quite late, the team placed the key card for me in a box - so everything went really smoothly. Would stay again

Some housekeeping would have been nice (this is only provided if you stay 7 days or longer)

Very good

The staff (Irean, Kim and Ryan) were exceptionally helpful and responsive, communication via whatsapp worked very well. I was pleasantly surprised that despite this being an "online hotel" without reception desk I had the opportunity to store my luggage there after checking out. The room had many useful amenities, including fridge, freezer, kitchen ware and even a cooking device, and a washing machine + dryer out in the hallway.

The bed was very creaky and the mattress slumped to one side; the windows were not openable so it was impossible to get rid of a slightly strange smell that was in the room. The location is close to a party area, so be prepared to get out your earplugs for the night (also during the week).

Everything was great!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to us. We wanted to check-in earlier and leave slightly later and they helped us with it. The early check-in was not possible instead they came and picked our bags from the terrace next to it (where we were eating) for storage till check-in time.

Good accommodation. Close to the sights.

Compact cleverly designed rooms with all basic amenities. Communal washing machines and dryers a bonus. Good tourist location. Only issue was with the mobile entry key. Took several times to get it to work each time I left the building which was frustrating. However communication as available online (didn't have to use), and phone coms worked too. Overall a very well set up, well located, clean and pleasant room.

Keyless mobile entry that took several (3-5) times to gain entry each time I left the building, at the main entry door, the lift door, and the room door. However, despite being frustrating, it always eventually worked and entry was gained.

Ashocking experience never use Booking.com again

Please be careful!!! In addition to this shocking experience with Heritage Hotel, the Hotel management decided to respond below in a series of factual un-truths. For example: we did not threaten anyone because we only saw a chickin girl for 5 minutes. Afterwards there is no real person available. The entire Hotel management is hiding behind a chat app. The hotel operates entirely without staff. So their stories and excuses go on and on but our photos below speak for themselves. The rooms are not suitable for human occupation and there is also an investigation ongoing with the Singapore Police and Singapore Hotel Licensing body against the Hotel. The Hotel also withdrew our room key after 2 days and kepto 100% of our payment. What we recommend is: This management team is truly operating unsuitable (outside the law) business practices and they lie to their guests' face. If you get caught in one of their Hotels, make sure to take plenty of photos as they will keep your money as they did with us. Our experience here: Heritage Hotels provided us with the absolute worst travel experience in 30 years of global travel. So we recommend to avoid this venue if you would like to stay safe and not get the same shocking experience as we did. Also be aware that Booking.com does not help customers at all. Police report had to be filed Court claims had to be filed As evidence we provided photos of: blood stains urine stains animal feces from rats no light in room no ventilation in room mould under bed

Passable

Everything in flat was good - location, facilities and other, but...

...but over a month I can't get my money back from the deposit - they every time tell me that the deposit was only put on authorization hold, and not an actual charge but I see that the amount was deducted from my bank account. I opened proceedings at the bank and wait for the result. If you don't want to lose your money don't book this flat. For me it was the last time I book Heritage - next time I'll take a hotel

perfect location for a few days Singapore

the location of this place is wonderful. you can walk to highlights, near affordable food markets and more expensive restaurants. the place itself is small but everything you need is there.

we had noisy neighbours and you hear them very well. the automatic check-in worked well but if you have room 104 you will be lost anyway. no signs and at the end you have to go to second floor and then to the basement. the WiFi was a problem the first day but the hosts were very willing to fix it and they did.

Good stay!

Interesting concept, and good value. Overall rooms were comfortable and clean.

Shower went cold quickly (5-10 min). It was ok for one person but wouldn't have been great for two.

Very good

The place is small, but located very centrally close to a lot of restaurants and bars also MRT and buss are in a walking distance.

It cold be cleaner. The floors were dirty with some hairs and stains and the bath towels had huge stains on them. Other than that it was ok.
