The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in, and gave us key cards for the rooms. The digital concierge helped my son get another key card when he went sleepwalking in the middle of the night and locked himself out, which was certainly an unexpected adventure.
Location was excellent for night life in the city, and the rooms we had were comfortable, cool, and well insulated for noise.
The mobile app registration and digital key was a disaster, and caused some stress prior to check-in. The app does not work on Samsung Galaxy S25 phone (even when I got the digital key). Apparently it works better on Huwawei or Apple. The helpful staff were able to issue us with physical key cards, so it was not the end of the world.

Nice small room, 24/7 there's someone who will assist you with any problems.
Nice AirCon, the location is great for food, party and still walking distance to Marina Bay Sands (in a 20-30 min walk you get everywhere).
The Check-in is very complicated. You have to download an App, upload many details in advance (which might be complicated when you don't have a SIM). In the end, there was someone there to assist me with the check-in anyway... I like to make a booking and then don't care so much about the booking anymore, until I arrive. Never before has any hotel send me so many messages what to do here and there and next.
The worst for me was the super loud neighborhood - I didn't get any sleep until 4 am actually. To be fair: somewhere in the many pictures on Booking you find one with text on it. And this one did actually say: Partyzone-Alert! But with sooo much information, I didn't read that. So if you are a party person: GO FOR IT!

Staff are very good with communication. Room was clean. Having a washing machine was great. Room is quite small.
Our room was right over the party scene and was loud all night long. Self check in was a bit confusing at first but staff on intercom that help.
