This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and it never disappoints. It is an excellent, clean, and well-located property that offers exceptional value for money by Singapore standards.
The service is warm and welcoming, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the breakfast is adequate (nothing extraordinary, but good). It also features a fantastic rooftop terrace with a great swimming pool.
A quick tip regarding payment: it is better to pay on arrival. If you choose to pay at check-out, they will place a hold on your card when you check in. While this is standard practice and I have no complaints about the policy itself, from my past experiences here, it takes a long time (sometimes more than 15 days) for the bank to release the funds after you leave. I have never experienced such a long wait time at any other hotel.
As with most modern city hotels, the rooms are quite small, following the current trend of compact design.

Overall, my stay was average, but several areas need improvement:
The gym is very small and has limited equipment.
The swimming pool closes at 10:00 PM, which is quite early for guests who want to use it after dinner.
The room size is extremely small and feels cramped.
The breakfast menu is almost the same every day, with very little variety.
The breakfast dishes are not labelled to indicate whether they contain beef, pork, or chicken. Proper food labelling would help guests with dietary restrictions and personal or religious preferences.
I hope the hotel considers these improvements to enhance the guest experience.
