This was a beautiful property. Whilst the room was small, it had everything we needed and let’s face it, after a day walking around the wonderful Singapore, all you want to do is flop into a comfortable bed and it certainly had that.

Staff did their best.
We were scammed. We arrived to find the property was sold, and our booking was deleted (but paid!). The management blamed Booking.com, and made me try and wrestle a refund from the Booking.com AI. We ended up paying again, just because we were exhausted.
Then the aircon did not work.
The coffee machine did not work.
We got a free breakfast.
But honestly, the hassle was not worth it. I will never book with any Novotel again. Ever.
