Alma House was fabulous! It’s in a spectacular location. It’s located in New Bahru which always has a lot of action with so many places to eat and a great spa. They have so many unique unit layouts. Ours was great for 4 people with 2 bedrooms.

Location is great, close to train and bus services, spacious rooms and staff were very accomodating when we needed them.
Great having the supermarket downstairs and the playground was also a winning point for our 3year old.
Air con was amazing, and also very handy having a washing machine machine/dryer in the room.
The option to be able to cook your own meals was also very handy for our family.
It can be very noisey, I think this should be mentioned or considered when bookings are made. I had a lot of trouble sleeping due to noise from bars etc below. At least 5 out of 8 nights I was kept awake by outside noise.

Staff were super friendly and always happy to help.
Shops downstairs and food vendors were great. Even had small events on the grassed area
Security onsite
Was a long walk from MRT (especially in the heat/humidity)
The sofa couch was very uncomfortable, but the staff happily provided 5 x Duvets for a bit more comfort. After day 5 it felt much better
The lift is usually busy, and on the last day one of the lifts was broken. Long waits occurred

It was not very clean. Housekeeping only every 4 days.
