Amazing hotel great location

Deluxe hotel. Full service, great pool. Gym is small, only one bench to use free weights.

Service was incredible! The only issue was the A/C, it worked, but it would reset to 24 every few hours despite being put to 18. And they had no fans available. If I return to Singapore, I will consider staying here again, but I will bring my own fan.

Breakfast selection was not much, juices are from concentrated and coffee was awful. The check in desk was extremely slow. Not much customer service and didn't explain breakfast and WiFi facilities until i asked. Before checking out, i phoned up in the room and wanted to book taxi in advance, but no one pick up the phone. I phoned again but no one answered. This hotel is either in need to service training or need more resources to be able to compete other hotels in Singapore. The toilet is leaking and water dripping all night that I couldn't sleep well.

This hotel is fantastic since the refurb, looks so smart and modern. Would highly recommend especially for the price.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Very central. Lots of good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Very close to MRT station.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. I encountered a few issues during my stay that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I noticed that my pyjamas were missing after the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff. Despite informing the reception, there was no follow-up or action taken to investigate the matter as promised. Secondly, I found that the refrigerator drink was not replenished, and the cups and spoons were not replaced after the room was cleaned. This lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping team was quite noticeable. Furthermore, the towels were not replaced, which was an inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, I experienced poor water supply in my room. The water was unstable and would become excessively hot after only a few minutes of use. Moreover, the water tap consistently emitted hot water, even when adjusted to the cold setting. When it came time to check out, I had to specifically request the cancellation of the credit card deposit. Surprisingly, the hotel claimed to have no record of the deposit in their system. Fortunately, they found the manual slip as proof of the deposit, which served as necessary support in resolving the matter. Considering these issues, my overall experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend staying there again. I believe it is important for the hotel management to address these concerns and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service provided to guests.

Great breakfast, wonderful gym and pool. Check in was not very pleasant as staff were not welcoming but there to get the job done. No complimentary parking.

I booked 2 rooms because there was a connecting room, but I couldn't get assigned, and I had to pay an additional fee for an early check-in, and one room was delayed in cleaning, so I could check-in around 17:00. Citi View requested a room replacement because it was a room with a view of the building right in front of it, but communication between employees was not smooth, so I didn't receive timely feedback. I don't think it is suitable for family travel, considering that it is not assigned even though I specifically requested a connecting room by e-mail

A great choice when visiting Singapore

Thankfully we were able to check in super early at no extra cost. Such a life saver for long travel nights. I would definitely stay here again.

It's safe, comfortable, clean and staff are very courteous and helpful.

Great bang for buck. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected. The shower fixtures and water temperature was a bit inconsistent and difficult to get right. But the view from my side was really nice! Beautiful pool. Breakfast was so so. I was surprised there was no rice for Breakfast considering this is an Asian country and lots of meats and dishes were served but a salad bar? 2 Check-In desks is not enough especially during normal check-in time. Overall the decor and theme is nice. Its modern. LOVE THE SPEAKEASY BAR in the back!

We loved the design and space utilization of this property. We'd recommend getting the room with the view because it's sublime. The staff and the service were just accommodating and excellent.

Very convenient hotel to transport (Fort Canning on DT line and buses). Lots of tourist dining options although the hotel restaurant was very expensive. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are small but serviced daily, pool was great and very welcome in the heat! No laundry available only expensive laundry services - nearest laundrette is Bugis St. Enjoyed our stay primarily because of the location! Check in is a nightmare… it’ll take 15-45 mins!! They hound you for all your details via email prior to your arrival but when you get there they want it all again! You have to sit in the lobby with everyone else waiting .. we checked in at 5:30pm and there was still a huge queue! Very inefficient and unfortunately it’s your first impression! Very nice hotel but there’s better and easier ones all around it!

All the staff were kind, helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks especially to Mae and Han at breakfast. Also to Mr Tan, the front office manager, who quickly assisted us when we needed it. The hotel was very close to a train station so made exploring Singapore easy. We would stay again if we return to Singapore.

Nice property with a relaxing pool. Close to MRT and easy to access for taxis. Mostly an ex pat area so if you’re looking for convenient access to western food options, this is a great option. The price was very reasonable for Singapore.

A terrific boutique hotel walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Very quaint. Definitely will stay there again on my next trip.

Rooms were newly refurbished tastefully. The food and drink selection at breakfast and the club lounge were good. The gym and pool are generously sized. Facilities are clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. However a few things detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay: 1. The rain shower was not functional. 2. The bathroom faucet is mounted too low relative to the basin, making the sink difficult to use. 3. There were no day curtains in the room. 4. The pool jacuzzi was not working. 5. The signage to the club room on L10 and gym on L2 could be made clearer. 6. When extending our late checkout, our room card access was not extended.

Great location. Easy walk to Marina Bay Sands and Clarke Guay. Good restaurants close by.

Good location and staff. There are minor issues in the newly renovated room such as noise from equipment.
