It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences. This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place. Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem. Hosts are local and provide support if needed We respectfully request that smokers smoke outside away from doors and kindly dispose of their refuse in a trash receptacle. No pets, please. As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Please, if you notice a maintenance issue or have any other problems, bring it to us so we can help instead of leaving a bad review. We did not have a great experience. The VRBO listed was double booked and we were moved to a different apartment in the complex. The apartment smelt like smoke and pee. There were dirty wet towels in the closet and only half a role of toilet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable. As women staying at this location we felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving after the first night because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt.
