The dining table seats 6 with walk out to a private deck overlooking the Ottauquechee river. There's a half bath on this main level and an additional sleeping option of the pull out queen sofa bed. Windfall's lower level offers 2 quiet bedrooms and an updated full bathroom with tub and shower. The spacious main bedroom has an artisan crafted king bed and walk out access to the back lawn. The second bedroom has two comfy twin beds Perfect for a family of four or 2 couples. ~Air conditioning on the main level with a new mini-split. This is a 5 star condo rental that has everything you could need for a 3-4 day stay, or even longer. Its a very modern cozy condo. The location is perfect, as you can easily take safe walks around the area right out the front door. Quiet location even though Main St. Is right down the road. Will return here many more times!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely located in a great area. Close to Hanover and Woodstock. The condo was perfectly outfitted with all you could need. Obvious that the owner takes great care and thinks through any needs a visitor could have. Also very available for questions. Two nearby businesses were a great discovery. Chef Brad’s Crazy Side is a unique and wonderful take out place. Really gourmet meals at a very fair price. Jake’s Quechee Market has a great selection of stuff. Upscale but reasonably priced. We’d definitely book another stay.

Kat was a pleasure to work with and has every detail covered for your stay. The unit is clean, was well stocked, the bed is very comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a bonus for cool mornings and evenings. The location is great, too. I highly recommended this one!

Awesome property for a few days away. Well equipped and hosts were awesome with directions due to storm road closures. Great spot. We will be back.

Property was exactly as expected. Host could not have been nicer or more responsive. Would definitely recommend for someone coming into town for a visit to Hanover.

This condo was comfortable and very nicely furnished and well equipped. You could tell that this was used by the owner, not just a money-making rental. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you would need for a vacation. The bed was comfortable and we especially liked the two recliners in the living room, one for each of us to relax and read in. The only caveat I have (and it is a small one, that we were well aware of before we came) is that a road runs along the back of the property and you can hear (but not see) the cars when you sit out on the deck. There is no noise in the house though, and we were only on the deck for a short time each evening having our wine and cheese. The owner was very responsive to our questions . We would definitely stay there again.

Windfall was very comfortable and in a good location for many Vermont and New Hampshire activities. Friendly neighbors made us feel welcomed and safe. It was a quiet, cozy fall retreat!

This condo has it all; a well stocked kitchen, cozy living room and quiet bedrooms. The house was clean, the air conditioner was quiet and efficient and the furniture was in great condition. Very close to everything in quechee. Using the quechee club was awesome and easy as well. A short drive to Woodstock and to Hanover for more activities. Check in and check out was effortless. Thanks to the owners for having this awesome place. we will be back!

Comfy beds. Cozy robes. Convenient to fun spots. Very clean. Homey without being someone else’s home (no strange wedding pictures on the bedside table 😂). Kitchen well equipped (sharp knives! The best!). Tons of thoughtful touches. Will definitely be back.

The attention to detail was superb! The condo was perfect for our needs! The only thing I was a little bummed about was the pool was by appointment and a bit away from the property! We will absolutely stay again!!!

Windfall is perfect! Impeccably clean, beds are comfy, has everything you could possibly need from toiletries to cookware and supplies. The decor/furniture/electric fireplace make it very cozy. It is in a perfect location! Between Woodstock and Quechee, there is no need to go anywhere else. So many activities!! Beautiful scenery. Excellent restaurants. Can’t wait to return in the spring/summer!
