Located in La Crescenta, this lovely condo for $144 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You'll will be close to everything when you stay at this fully renovated 1 bed / 1 bath unit. It has a queen sized memory foam bed, cable tv through YouTube TV (Roku), full kitchen, apartment sized washer and dryer, and outdoor grill. This has everything you need for a brief escape or for a longer stay. There's an assigned parking space and coded entry for easy access and security. The location is also close to the popular Montrose shops and right off the freeway for easy access.

I was set to use this space to do work while I had family in town. The noise level was outrageous (airplanes, sirens, and such) as was the fake air freshener smell. After the first hour I wasn’t able to do work effectively or professionally with that level of noise so I reached out to the owner/ host who simply responded she couldn’t control the noise and couldn’t/wouldn’t assist in getting me a refund. Customer service at VRBO gave me the run around for hours and was also unwilling to assist provide an alternative/voucher or refund. I couldn’t use the space and didn’t and the owner/host could have re-rented immediately but instead took/kept my money when I couldn’t use the space. Extremely disappointed with owner/host and VRBO.

The property was perfect for my needs, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the Keurig machine worked terrifically lol. I had absolutely no problems or issues not a ton of room but I didn’t need it. I very much recommend this property.

Great place to stay in La Canada. You can walk down the hill and stroll through Montrose also. Very convenient location and the place is really cute and cozy.

I went for a work conference in Burbank and took my pre-teen son with me and it was perfect for us. The small unit offered privacy while having the feel of an apartment home rather than a hotel. We enjoyed the stay and it was conveniently located near the highway just north of Glendale. We will definitely consider staying here again when we next visit the Los Angeles area.

This Vrbo was just what we needed. It met all the standard criteria of cleanliness and the like. They provided what we needed, and they were very responsive when we had any questions. Most important for us was the location, within several blocks of where our son lives. But even if your son doesn’t live here, the location was great, because there was a nice walk to a French bakery. That made the perfect morning walk with our dog. This is also within easy driving distance of several nice parks, and it is very close to the entrance to the 210 freeway, which take you wherever you need to go.

We were visiting grandchildren so we just need a place to sleep and shower, and this fit the bill! Pretty small shower, but very clean and comfortable.

Charming and comfortable in a great location
Kelly was super easy to work with from first booking, through checkout, included accommodating a slight to change to our dates. The place is small but comfortably slept 3 adults, with a full kitchen, bath and sitting areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't ask for more. Everything was provided, even cooking utensils, pots, dishes, smart TV, parking space, and a backyard with grill. Very cozy and comfortable. Conveniently located right off 210. Has many local stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. 5/5

Clean, Bright, Cozy
I stayed for a month and I really enjoyed how clean and bright the apartment was. It even has a small washer and dryer! This apartment has everything you need and is only 15 minutes from Burbank. I would love to stay here again. Kelly was a great host and always made sure I was stocked up with the essentials. Parking is private and right next to the front door of the unit.
