Situated in Bonita Shores, this attractive condo for $144 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come and relax in this two bedroom two bath ground floor condo. Only 1 mile to the beach. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shopping etc. You can get away, in this beautiful two bedroom two bath unit with your own back lanai, or you can go upstairs on the rooftop and watch the sunsets on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Bike to the beach or just relax by the pool it is heated there is outdoor space also. Did I mention you also have a garage for your vehicle. So come to Bonita Beach and see how beautiful it is. Bike Shop across the street. Close to all. 4450 Chickee Hut Ct.

Condo was a perfect base for exploring Naples and Fort Myers. We liked the layout and screened porch, where we ate, played cards, and relaxed. We had very nice weather and really enjoyed getting away from the snow. Hurricane Ian changed our plans for nearby beach time, but we enjoyed Vanderbilt Beach which was fairly close.
The owners had a lot of useful supplies on hand. The only unfortunate part was that the grill needed repairs, so we weren’t able to use it. But it was a very nice stay for us, at almost 2 weeks.

This is a very nice place. The hosts responded quickly and were terrific when I had a question. The unit was clean and well stocked, including nice little touches that show the hosts care how they present it to guests. Beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in the showers! I recommend staying here.

The kitchen is very well equipped. The owners have even thought of night lights in the bathrooms and bedrooms! The second bedroom is perfect for 1 adult or 2 children, but would be small for 2 adults.

We found the property very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Its location was a short drive to the Bonita Springs beaches which unfortunately were impacted by the hurricane. The property was also very close to restaurants, shopping, and all the SW Florida attractions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Overall we were pleased with our condo! the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was stocked nicely with pots/pans and even a few basic cooking supplies (some spices, oil, sugar). Stocked keurig and individual creamers were nice.
There is no table/dining chairs inside the unit, but there is a very nice screened in lanai with plenty of seating just off the living area.
closest beach is 1 mile straight down the road, but is currently closed due to Ian damage. We went to VanderBilt beach, a 6 mile bike ride.
grocery store is about 1 mile away. Several restaurants within walking/biking distance.
Ebb and Flow bike rentals across the street had nice rental bikes and very helpful owner.

Everything was great. Location is close to beach, restaurants and activities. Size was perfect for me and two teens. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bonita. Bonita beach (one mile) is better than Sanibel Island. Doc’s Beach House is a favorite. Will stay at again.

the property was nice. guest bathroom shower did not drain well. disappointed the main door to guest bedroom was broken, small inconvenience. good location.

Comfortable condo for 2 people. Common area furniture was okay and missing more lighting. Outside screened porch is lovely. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of paper products available, thanks!

16 days in Bonita Springs and we had a beautiful condo. Close to all the things, Barefoot and Bonita Beach within walking distance (1.5 miles - easy walk)
Owners were very nice and communicated clearly. Pool was nice and never crowed. Also there was a dart board by the pool that my family loved as well.
Would definitely recommend!

16 days in Bonita Springs and we had a beautiful condo. Close to all the things, Barefoot and Bonita Beach within walking distance (1.5 miles - easy walk)
Owners were very nice and communicated clearly. Pool was nice and never crowed. Also there was a dart board by the pool that my family loved as well.

Lovely stay at a great location!
We met in Bonita Springs to celebrate my special birthday. Beautiful place with perfect access for my sister who is physically challenged. Being on the first floor with access to everything for her was especially important for us.

The condo has ample space and is well stocked for visitors. The location is convenient to the beach and to local restaurants, of which there are many nearby options.

This was a very nice condo to stay in. Very well stocked with pretty much everything (including paper towels, salt, etc.) we could have used or desired. We had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the privacy regarding the entrance (tucked behind but very accessible). The garage included was a wonderful bonus. Thank you!
