Utterly horrendous; don’t waste your time and money here.

Utterly horrendous; don’t waste your time and money here.

The owner has zero information on the check-in process or procedure. The info for this isn’t updated online which makes it necessary to contact him directly. In doing so he’s setup and automated forwarding system to his voicemail. You won’t be able to contact him if you need to as he doesn’t check his messages either. My wife and I wanted to pop over to Dallas for the weekend, and over a five hour period after the check in time we spent waiting for him to respond to multiple messages and calls; ultimately, I gave him one courtesy call to let him know that we definitively will not be using his property and will be looking for a refund. Absolutely a nightmare, and VRBO has the audacity to ‘consider’ a refund instead of instantly giving me my money back after I had to hotel hop around for a room for the weekend (it was apparently a busy weekend in the area) due to them letting this guy live lost a site with incomplete details. Bottom line is, this guy hasn’t set up all the details for a seamless stay without contacting him, he gave no effort in being contacted and was then unavailable (still, might I add, he has now still not answered any messages at the time of scheduled checkout), and VRBO as a whole seems to not particular care which would explain how this guy managed to even list a property. Do NOT waste your time and money at this property. We have had one good experience with VRBO and this absurd experience, and will not be looking for a balancing third.

I did not get to stay here

I did not get to stay here

The owner never gave me codes to get into the apartment. Do not stay here. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back but the company is making it hard.
