All you need for your stay in charlotte! Very clean and comfortable with necessary amenities and a great outdoor space. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming (wouldn’t recommend walking around at night), but it’s a great location! I only wish the host had mowed the fenced in grass, it was almost as tall as my pup in some spots!

Welcome to our bungalow! This 2 bedroom/one bathroom 1920s bungalow is beautifully renovated with stainless steel appliances, an expansive back deck, city views, and is located in the heart of one of Charlotte's most desirable neighborhoods-Optimist Park.

The home is fully equipped for all your travel needs and is less than 5 minutes from restaurants, shops and parks. Close to Optimist Hall (deemed the "adult playground" for unique indoor/outdoor dining), Panthers Stadium, Uptown, and Plaza Midwood
