Book your 5-Star Getaway Today! As you pull into the Horseshoe Bay Resort Community you will immediately know you made the right decision for a relaxing weekend! The condo was completely upgraded within the last year. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances, the beds are very comfortable and new and the bathrooms are gorgeous. You will find that we have thought about all of the small things that will make your stay enjoyable and memorable! Although the condo is amazing, the main draw is of course that the condo is right on the Lake LBJ and has its own private pool! The options are limitless. Fishing off the dock. Paddleboarding for sunset (even great in Winter). Renting a jet ski or boat for the day and using the private docks. Hanging out on the aqua lily pad. Grilling by the pool and enjoying dinner looking at the lake! (We don't charge anything for the use of the paddleboards). There is one parking space assigned to the condo and then there is additional guest parking. The walls are shared but it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small sitting area on the back patio that is private but the grill, pool, and lake area are all shared with the others at the condo. We can't wait to host you! You will need a car or boat to get around the area. We have a list of all of the closest places hung up in the condo to make things easier for you :) Bedroom 1: The master suite has a king-sized bed with a walk-out patio, a 50-inch 4k TV w/ cable, and a gorgeous master bathroom. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. It also has its own walk-in closet. Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids this is a smaller room that offers a trundle bed with two twin beds. There is no closet or bedside table and if both beds are out it takes up the whole room. Please note that we are NOT affiliated with HSB Resort so booking with us will not get you access to the HSB Resort amenities. We also do not allow boat or trailer parking in our parking lot. There are a couple of options for this. The first option is that the roundabout you will pass where HSB Resort is (just about 30 seconds before the turn into our condo) you will see a large patch of grass where people are parked. You can park there for free. The condo does NOT face the water. Although it is very close to the pool and lake, you don't have that view from inside the unit. **For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We really only stayed long enough to sleep but the cleanliness and convenience of the condo were duly noted. The location is excellent and we would consider staying again if the need arose.

The property is exactly as described in its listing with everything you need to enjoy your stay at Horseshoe Bay. The communication with the host was excellent and provided clear ans simple guidance how to find the property, lock and unlock the door, and use the amenities provided and the very nearby recreational facilities. The only negatives were an occasional lag or outage in the internet. Also the TVs are Roku equipped devices. So there are only apps available to access whatever streaming services to which you have subscribed. I was unable to access the MLB playoffs, but was able to easily remedy that by walking about 0.2 miles to the 360 Degree Sports Lounge at the Horseshoe Bay Resort.

The location is perfect. The unit is really nice and updated. Just the right amount of space The HOA could do a better job of keeping the pool area picked up and clean, but we spent most of our time in the lake so not a huge deal. It was really great to have use of the lily pad and paddle boards. We hope to return some day.

Great place, the way we read description and viewed picture we thought it was in middle unit facing the lake. After check in it is a middle unit within the complex not facing water. Nice location and place would definitely book again.

Great property. Needs some door work and the grill area was unusable with old broken down grills. We were under the impression we could rent sea doos as well. Bummer

We spent over 2 weeks in the condo while re-modeling our home. It was great. We highly recommend a short or long stay. They thought of everything. Communication was spot on. We have recommended this condo to friends and will be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 stars.

We were very impressed with the condo and how clean and fresh everything was! It was a short walk to pool and the beautiful lake. We loved that we didn't have to pack all the incidentals. I was very happy to even find a hair dryer! :) Our family had a wonderful time and can't wait to get back. Thank you Lucas!

We booked this condo so a group of friends could go to “Main Street Bethlehem” and see the Lights in Marble Falls without a 2.5 hour drive home late at night. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Lucas was great. The checkin / checkout process was easy and we would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend! Merry Christmas!

We booked this 3 bedroom 2 bath to stay at for my friends wedding that was being held at Horseshoe Bay Resort. It was on property and super close to everywhere we needed to be. The place was clean however the 3rd bedroom with the trundle is hardly a bedroom. You have to close the door in order to pull out the trundle. It’s TINY. The master did not have a closet which made hanging up our formal wedding attire difficult so we had to share the closet in the 2nd bedroom.

Loved it! My family has a condo in Horseshoe Bay, but we rent it. I wanted to call the owner and say, I want to book for nest year! Owner friendly and accommodating. It's wonderful when you have someone such as this owner who wants to make the experience good for you, and someone who definitely knows the area is like a breath of fresh air! Good neighbors, easy parking, easy access to shopping and eating. I don't know how to thank you.

This unit was PERFECT! We were there for a dance convention for our girls and it was a perfect location! There was plenty space for us and everything we needed was provided. It was nice to not have to worry about bringing linens and even toiletries were provided. The unit was clean and nice as well! We have already decided this will be where we stay each year!

Lucas was an excellent host, who is super accommodating and the lake condo was very clean and fully furnished. Great location right on the lake and we definitely enjoyed using the paddleboards! Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Everything about this rental was spot on, except it is not waterfront. It does have water access though. Sheets were so soft I took a picture of the brand of them. Covered parking for one was nice too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The place was clean, beds were comfortable, towels and sheets were nice, all appliances worked, plenty of kitchen utensils, nicely decorated , easy access to pool & paddle boards were a nice addition. The condo was nice, but the property management isn't taking care of the place like they should. I don't think I would go there again.
