About this apartment rental
Newly constructed first floor modern one bedroom apartment with open floor plan and plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Property is conveniently located a quarter mile off Route 13, just 45 minutes from Chincoteague and Assateague Beaches and NASA Flight Facility and 1 hour from Kiptopeke State Park and Cape Charles Beaches.
Sleeps 3 and has 1.5 bathrooms with luxury shower. Includes washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Relax with your morning coffee in the rockers on front porch or the swing on the back porch. Includes free Wifi and cable TV.
The house has both a downstairs and upstairs unit with separate outdoor entrances, so if you need more space you can also check out the upstairs unit that sleeps up to six guests. Door can be unlocked between the units to give you access to the entire house from the interior.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. It was very well maintained. It sits on a nice quiet street and is close to everything. Every evening we sat outside on the porch swing to unwind from our busy day. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We would most definitely stay here again, if we ever needed a place in this area again.

The apartment was clean, modern , and spacious. The host provided ample towels and linens as well as games, etc. I t was by far, one of the nicest places my daughters and I have stayed. We were only sorry that we hadn’t planned to stay longer!
