Guests of this townhouse can rest easy in central air conditioning, and all the amenities you need to settle in and feel at home are on hand. All bedrooms are upstairs, and all except the bunk room feature a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy access to a private furnished balcony and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Everyone can come together to cook pre-beach meals in the full kitchen, which features a prep table big enough for everyone to come around and help. Just set your bathing suits and beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer and kick back in beach style. THINGS TO KNOW The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location was perfect!!! The house was exactly what we hoped for!! There’s a few updates that need to be completed (shower curtain in front bathroom needs to be washed or replaced, fixtures in middle bathroom need to be maintained, access to vacuum cleaner would have been appreciated, clothes dryer needs to be looked at, dryer lint filter has object in the bottom and needs to be removed- the way it is now shredded a few articles of clothing, coffee pot needs to be replaced, toaster needs to be repaired (only the 2 right sides work). I can only imagine the overwhelming stress and financial pressure to keep such a nice place up to date! Whitecap Beach is wonderful! Restaurants in the area are great! The grocery store (IGA) was a good source for everything we needed. I highly recommend and we will return for our next family/beach get away!!

Great location, great facility, 5 minute walk to beach with 3 yr old. No boogie boards as described otherwise as expected. Be prepared for the wall steps down to the beach or beach cart rental for $200 per day. It was tricky with our wagon but we did it. Two moms and 5 kids had a blast!!

Great location for a family beach trip. Home was clean, spacious and fully stocked with basics (pots, dishes , utensils,coffee maker). Less than half mile from beach and a pool on property. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great within walking distance of the beach. Clean unit with plenty of space for the family. Layout is good for large groups with plenty of seating. The couch and love seat need to be replaced... they are worn out and sagging.

The home was very nice. I loved that all the rooms had televisions. It was very clean and space enough for the 8 of us. You can walk to the beach from here but if you are taking more than a towel and float you will want to drive. There is a place just to the left where you can drive and park. You still have a short walk but there are ramps to get your stuff down easier.

This house was a good fit for our two families of nine people. It was really nice to see that some items were already provided that you don't see often with other rentals such as: dish soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. There were even 2 paddleboards and beach towels at our disposal. We enjoyed our stay in this home. Best part was how close to Whitecap Beach this house is conveniently located. We just walked there and took the sidewalk that leads right down to marker 219 on the beach where there was hardly any crowds at all. So nice indeed!! Thank you for helping us to make priceless memories!
