KITCHEN & DINING Prepare home-cooked meals and beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with sparkling quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table provides ample seating with four chairs and a banquette. BED & BATH Perched on the second floor, this two-story unit sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, a 40” TV, and a large window with partial ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Also on the second floor, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 32” TV. Across the hall, a full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Providing added convenience, a half bath is located downstairs. OUTDOOR AREA A balcony off the living area overlooks one of four pools and offers partial ocean views. Dine alfresco at the bistro table for four. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS As part of the community at Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club, you’ll have access to a plethora of amenities during your stay. This secluded beach offers a less crowded stretch of hard-packed sand -- perfect for beach bike rides, walks, frisbee, and volleyball. Brush up on local history with a visit to Fort Matanzas, just a half-mile away. Or drive under 4 miles to reach Marineland for interactive opportunities with trained dolphins. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The place is really clean and the furniture are still new. The beds are very comfortable. I would love to stay here next summer.

Updated, clean and modern. Bunk beds helped for family of 5. Nice furniture, big kitchen table, beds were comfortable, nice washer and dryer, bathrooms are small but updated and modern. Unit is surface clean but someone should deep clean kitchen drawer/cabinets, utensil holders, etc a little better. My suggestions compared to other units we’ve stayed in: we only had 7 bath towels for a family of 5. Which is fine but required us to do more laundry. Pots, pans and baking sheets are way past life and should be replaced, and add some more. Should have a hairdryer in each bathroom. While there were two beach chairs, they were small, rusted and old. While I know that is a “nice to have”, is standard at beach properties these days. These finer touches would make the unit exceptional and are small and easy fixes.

Balcony door was messed up from day 1, almost impossible to open/close the door. On the 5th night of our stay we found two cockroaches on the kitchen floor.

This condo is really nicely renovated but the sliding glass door didn’t open so we couldn’t sit on the balcony. I tried to get it repaired but gave up after a few days. We also had a huge roach in the kitchen as did my sister in 218 which landed on my shoulder!

You can see the beach from the condo and the walk there is easy and quick. It was too cold for us to swim but the pool is also an easy and quick walk away. You are across the street from Fort Matanza. To get to the historic district, you must drive but the drive is not far. The condo itself was very clean, nicely updated, and well decorated. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy. We did think it had a grill but it does not have one on the patio. Just FYI before you buy anything you were planning to grill. This was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful place on the beach.

We had a great time even with a tropical storm mid week. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like we had our own private beach as there were very few people there. I would only recommend adding nonstick cookware, a few wine bottle stoppers, and a more comfortable couch.

The place was nice & looked exactly like the photos. A couple things I would change is the sliding back door is EXTREMELY hard to open & close. There was a bit of a bug issue. We seen palmetto bugs a few times throughout the down stairs area. There was also no grill which put a damper on our dinner plans throughout the week, but luckily there are some on the ground by the playground areas. Overall it was a great stay & we enjoyed ourselves.

My wife and two daughters stayed here during President's Day weekend and was very happy with the accommodations and location! This place must have been recently renovated and is a step above most places we have stayed in this area with similar Sqft/BR/Baths. The place was very clean upon arriving and had all the necessities and features you could ask for. Management company is also very responsive to questions and issues. We took a chance and arrived 2.5 hours early to the 4 pm check in time. We were disappointed that after 2 attempts to check-in slightly early, we were declined and finally told definitely (3:30 pm) that we would not be able to use the entry code until 4 pm even though the cleaning person and inspector had left. So at 4:01 pm, we entered the code repeatedly only to find out it did not work. (meanwhile we have two impatient 5 year olds sitting outside).. We called the management company who responded quickly and give us the code to the key box and used the key for entry. From that point on, everything in the condo worked great, was very comfortable, and we were happy with both the place and the management company. We recommend and will try to come back again soon. Just do not plan on any flexibility in checking in early.

We had 5 adults and 4 kids staying here and we had plenty of room!! The attention to detail and maximizing the space was so helpful and made this vacation perfect! Even though the beach was cold we still managed to walk down there and it was gorgeous and perfect for shelling! There are multiple pools on the property but we were so busy seeing St Augustine we didn’t get to enjoy them. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect for 9!

My overall stay was pleasurable but I'd like to make a few recommendations. The wifi was poor, check out time at 10am is too early when vacationing. An 11am or 12pm check out time is needed. Also, I'd say to have the team check that everything is working before guests check in. When I arrived the televisions did not work but they were fixed on day 2. I've stayed at the property twice and my request for an 11am check out was declined both times. Despite the minor setbacks the team was great and provided prompt responses and resolutions.

Cute condo
This little condo is perfect for a family with young children. There is an entire set of plastic dishes for little ones and all surfaces are easily cleaned up. Our biggest complaint is the internet. I work from home and even though I don’t want to work while on vacation, that isn’t always an option. We had to (many times) use our cell phones as hot spots in order for me to read and respond to emails. It was a big pain. Also, the back door needs to be addressed. Even my teenage son had trouble sliding it open.
Overall, we enjoyed the condo and its location.

I do wonder about how clean this place is because the my husband had to remove gross sludge from the grill, fans had caked on dust and dirt, and the cushions on the couch and kitchen seating had stains. The biggest issue was that we had very spotty wifi so we would be watching a movie and suddenly get kicked off.
