Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, it includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and spacious backyard. Close to Historic Downtown Summerville, enjoy visiting our fine eateries and top sights - Azalea Park, Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site, Hutchinson Square, etc. - that are only a few miles away! The space comfortably accommodating 8 guests, you’ll enjoy every area of this two-story residence. All spaces are absolutely immaculate and homely, including 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living room areas (one upstairs and one downstairs), a kitchen, laundry room and backyard. The first bedroom includes a King bed to which two guests will enjoy resting. You'll have the pleasure of watching shows on the 32 inch TV, streaming Roku. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and it also has a computer desk for that one guest who must work throughout their stay. The third bedroom also includes two single bed. Finally, the fourth bedroom includes a double bed comfortably sleeping two more guests. All three bathrooms are full, including shower/bathtub, toilet, sink and mirror. Bathroom amenities include hot water, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer to make your bathing experience soothingly relaxing. The two living rooms are spaces where you can chill by watching TV or simply bond by playing games or have deep conversations. The highlight in the upstairs living room is the fireplace which will keep you warm on cold unbearable days. The highlight downstairs is the designated space where you can play board games. Feel free to choose whichever and sit at the game table, relishing fun moments competing with each other. The kitchen is absolutely fully equipped offering amenities which will enable you to cook your favorite meals you usually make at home. Moreover, appliances such as air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, pressure cooker, coffee maker, and mixer are free of use for you to try out new recipes, whether desserts or savory dishes! Don’t worry about your laundry. Both washer and dryer are available! Moreover, you will find extra blankets and pillows in the laundry room. Have fun spending time outdoors. There is ample space in the backyard for you to play games and chill. Covered in the grass you can enjoy running around and/or sitting down depending on the activity. Please note, that the house is a split-level home, hence it’ll require some climbing of the stairs. We also offer a BBQ that uses gas or charcoal. The guests will need to bring their own.

Very nice, spacious home. Nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room, jacuzzi tub, nice main suite. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again.

Property smells like wet dog we stayed 2days the carpet is cut and patched throughout be very careful as the front door will open onto the stairway rail and crush your hand. Also tenant beware if you don't pay for pet insurance they will charge you $300 for damages to carpet that is already damaged highly advise staying elsewhere

Went without hot water for more than half of the stay. No communication with management over the lack cleaning that wasn't done. Its a shame I can't show the pictures.

Six adults stayed at this property, and it was very comfortable. We were able to cook 3 different big meals with all of the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we enjoyed having a large, fenced-in backyard. The house is close to many restaurants, stores, and I-26. Communication with the host was excellent, and the one minor issue we had was promptly remedied. There is some wear and tear in the house, but we would definitely stay here again.

This was NOT an exceptionally clean home. It had all 5 star reviews, so we booked it. We arrived to an overpowering stench, dirty sheets and towels, and disgusting carpet, headboards, mattresses and chairs. (Vodka bottle under the master bed.) There was definitely some disconnect between the property owner and the property manager. The owner later knocked some money off our stay (cleaning fee...) but we had to arrive and start cleaning as my money was paid and VRBO would not reimburse us. I will not rent through VRBO again. They could have helped much more. The home and location are fine. Hopefully the owner will make the necessary changes so that it is an exceptionally clean home.

This house was the perfect location for us as we visited family nearby. The home itself was clean and large, and had everything we needed. The four bedrooms allowed us multiple sleeping options while the living room was a super comfortable place to crash after a long day. We didn’t use the yard, but it was lovely to look at and the deck was great!

We had an amazing vacation and loved the house! It was reasonably priced, had a lot of room, plenty for our whole family and dogs. Loved the jetted tub and how there were 3 bathrooms! Backyard was great for our dogs, just watch the nails on the deck. Would love to rent here again, would love to live here close! It's close to everything and every beach! Isle of palms was our favorite! A great place to stay!!!! Will definitely be renting again in the future and the owners responded immediately to every question we had.

READ PAST THE FIRST SENTENCE!! OMG, What a TERRIBLE DESCRIPTION! This place was far far better then the description. 5 star for sure! The owner was CERY HELPFUL and the property was just WAY above what you see in the pictures. The property was not perfect but was such a joy to stay in that it deserves all 6 stars. First when you enter your in a split level. Going upstairs you are met with a HUGE smart TV in this well laid out living room with what appears to he a normal coffee table but it has 4 small built in chairs for children. To your right you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, OH AND ALL THE MATTRESSES ARE SOOOO COMFORTABLE. Just outside those bedrooms is the upstairs bathroom and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Forgot your laundry soap? No problem! Turn around behind you where there is a small closet with towels, wash clothes, and laundry supplies. Ready to eat? Walk around the corner into the kitchen where you will find everything you need to make a sandwich ( food not included 😋) all the way to making a 4 course meal where you will dine at a gorgeous dining room table and chairs. After dinner open the 2nd story balcony door and enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the well kept back yard. The neighbors are all so kind, from the Police officers that live next door and another across the street ( talk about feeling sade) to the kind grandparents next door on the other side with an adorable, playful JRT puppy and finally the neighbors to the back that have beautiful German Shepherds. ( I'd your interested in a GREAT BUY on full blooded pups their your people) OH my, we still haven't made it through the house. On that same level is a gigantic master bed and bathroom. The king bed is again very very comfortable, there is a nice 4k TV on the wall, the bathroom has a double vanity, a garden tub with jets, and a separate shower. OK so now downstairs we go. First you enter into a HUGE den with a game table, another big TV on the wall, couch, loveseat, bathroom and the 4th bedroom. A door will lead you outside under the upstairs balcony. What awaits you is a double grill with gas and charcoal capabilities and if you'd like, the ability to smoke a ham, ribs, etc. while you drive minutes to anything and everything you want. Guys and gals this place is a steal!! You will not find a nicer place for double the money. The drive to the market, downtown, the beaches, is simple and quick from this house that will feel like home!! 😀 ENJOY
