I love the location as it is surrounded by shops and places to eat. I also loved how big the rooms are, they are comfortable. The pool is great as well.
The breakfast although complimentary leaves a lot to be desired. I was really disappointed as it seemed to cater to high carbs, which my diet doesn’t allow. The elevator seemed very shaky at times. The room was clean enough but the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty, I made do but would have been nice to have. The toilet took some figuring out as I pushed it once as most toilets are apt to do, but then the water kept running and it made an awful noise. I finally figured out you have to push the button down and hold it till it flushes twice and then it will stop.

More charts for bags. Staff was kind enough gave us a hand without even asking them to do so.

Good location
They EMAILED time sensitive information on the day of arrival- I never check email while driving and my reservation was almost cancelled. I called to complain and they hung up on me. No conditioner. Room was hard to cool off. Looks dingy. Food was blah.
