I was not able to stay at this hotel due the uncleanliness and or preparation of the room i booked. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and was very disappointed upon arrival. The previous occupant had smoked in the room to which the hotel attempted to
mask the smell with some type of spray. I brought that to the attention of the desk personnel who advised that was the only suite available based on current reservations. He offered a studio suite which we looked at , and this room smelled like the previous occupant had dogs and the floor was sticky. At that point this indicated that the cleaning staff was less than stellar. We did not feel comfortable at that point and found accommodations elsewhere

Our stay was awesome. The night host was a very friendly gentleman, who checked us in.
Our room was very clean. Very pet friendly hotel, which was nice. We received a welcome bag for our dog with a toy, treats, and poo bags, which was very nice.
The breakfast was delicious. They had a big variety of breakfast items to satisfy everyone. We enjoyed the coffee, eggs, and waffles. The staff made sure all items were fresh, and kept this area amazingly clean considering the amount of people who were partaking.

Room not ready when it said checkin was available. Was told that’s only a guideline not when it has to be ready. 🙄Pull out couch was very uncomfortable!

We asked for our trash to be emptied and floor to be vacuumed multiple times. Housekeeping would never come in and do it even when we were gone. We were there from Thursday-Monday. We ended up sticking out trash cans in the hallway and she got mad at us for doing that. We had brown stuff all over our bed skirt in the room. Dried toothpaste all over the bathroom walls. Housekeeping doesn’t not do a good job here.

When we first arrived, there was something left behind in the room that was hidden pretty well however, once I brought it to the staff attention, they took care of it very swiftly. John at the front desk was an awesome person to deal with and Mary who is the assistant GM I believe, took care of us and helped us with the next day because of the incident I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and I would not go anywhere else. the people here are Great the breakfast is great and the rooms are great.

Booked the hotel stay for the use of the indoor pool. Was not told upon check-in that the pool was not working. Had I known this we would not have checked in. Was promised that it would be in working condition the next morning and it was not. Upon arrival to the room, the room smelled strongly of dog. I felt like I was sleeping in a dog kennel. The next morning upon speaking with the manager about the pool still not working,was lectured like a child. Ended up checking out and leaving a day early .

Everything was great except the pool was closed 2 out of our 4 day stay for shocking treatment. That’s the only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Front desk offered us Hilton points for the inconvenience but not issued them to us.

I check in through the Hilton app and i never received the digital access card,i have to check in again at front desk. I ask to use the bathroom and was disgusting,they have a welcome tablet with hot cocoa but hot water was removed by staff she ask,he said was no more hot water we also asked for extra set of sheets for the sofa cama because they don't have in our room,Saturday afternoon we ask for extra towels they said is going to be wild because there was not staff available, but breakfast and the 2 ladies working was great.

Hotel error results in being billed twice for the stay. 12-night stay wasn't a small expense. Very irritating when it takes only a few minutes for the charge to be posted to my credit card but it takes over a week for it to be removed. Just sits on my account as "pending."

The breakfast is only so so. They do have coffee 24 hours a day. They did not post that they only clean rooms every 4 days. So you need to find places to hang wet towels and make your own bed. Also while we were there the exercise room and guest laundry were closed with no explanation . Not what I would expect of a Hilton.

We were there five days and when we got there the grass was very high. It was even worse when we left. As we take dogs we had to wade out in the tall grass. The last two days we were there the outside garbage can in front was overflowing. Very nasty. We have stayed at this property three times so we were very surprised it was not as clean as usual.

One night stay. King suite. The room smelled like wet dog and the bedroom smelled like urine. My son slept on the sleeper sofa. The mattress was falling through the bed frame. A spring fell off the frame. It was just one night but will not stay at this property again. We’ve stayed here in the past and it seems we’ve always had issues with smells in the room.

Considering the hotel was under renovations it should not have been $200 a night. The room was worn with several stains and damages, and definitely not worth a price.The door would not close properly and the shower dispensers and shower stall was broken. If I wasn't exhausted from hours of driving I would have gone somewhere else.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have enjoyed my stay up until now. The room was not the cleanest. The trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. The soap had been used at the sink. The shower and toilet was covered in black hair. The shower had mold along the base of it. The room smelled of mold and the bed linen had stains on them. The manager stated that they were in the process of remodeling but it would have been nice to known this information in advance. I probably wont book here again, which is unfortunate because i enjoyed my stay in the past. I hope they can get it together.

The room was dirty, Sofa was stained and ripped, and the chairs were severely stained. The carpet had grime on it. The shower doors were extremely difficult to open and close. (off the rails and no handles)

It was a bust from the start. Not enough maids so rooms not ready until after 4:00 pm. Then she said there was a charge for parking. Plus not one word on the website about charging for parking. Plus and much worse that half of the hotel was under renovation with exposed wires on hallway wall sconces and large fans in the hallways. Breakfast not served until 7 am and some of us left at 6:30 am. Plus the couch in our room was so stained that I would not sit on it. Also stingy with towels for the bathroom. I booked the hotel and recommended it to our friends—horribly embarrassing. The last three Hilton hotels we stayed in were rode hard and put away wet, dirty and stingy with towels. We had a bad experience at a Hilton hotel during Covid and swore off them.. then recently drifted back. Well the past three experiences were so bad that we are off Hilton hotels for life.

Hotel seemed nice when walking in. got my room on the 4th floor which was under construction(my wife said it looked like something out of a horror movie lol). not a big deal on that part. room was very big and looked decent. wasnt the cleanest ive ever stayed in but i was assuming that the floor being remodeled meant that the rooms would be getting and update and would have some of the broken things repaired.

Rooms are very dated and not clean with badly stained furniture. Room also had an unpleasant odor to it. Was told the hotel had no hand soap. Unacceptable. Front desk staff was pleasant and tried to help.

Everything was good until I took my shower later that evening. As I was washing my hair I looked down and the water wasn't draining properly. Lots of hair floating in the water. When I left the shower the water drained and a big glob of hair was in the drain and was separating and floating while showering.

The place smells like dog urine. The staff manager is unfriendly and co dendescending. My bathroom was filthy, with a clogged shower drain.

It was a place to sleep. Not a place to sit and relax anywhere. Breakfast was a real disappointment, even for a bare bones motel free breakfast. Staff was not accommodating at all.

John, the night service person, and I use the word “service”, was for lack of a better word pathetic. We mentioned the trash over flowing at 6pm when we left for out event, and when we returned at 9:30, the trash was still there. We told him the phone in the room didn’t work, he said, “wiggle the cord”, also, when asked if there was any air freshener for the room, he said there wasn’t any, that’s just how the rooms smelled because of the humidity. He appeared to have more interested in eating his cherries behind the desk, rather than assisting the patrons staying at the hotel.
When I spoke to the morning attendant, she did I was not the first person to say something to her about this particular employee.
In addition to this, when returning to the hotel, the sprinkler heads were spraying water over 85% of the entrance leaving you the options of either getting wet, or walking in the dirt and a small portion of the side walk.
By far the worth place I’ve ever stayed.
