We came for a girls weekend away and had a great time at this property. We were able to drive to all necessities close by and the Ubers to downtown Newport were very inexpensive. When cooking at the house we found everything we needed for our meals. The back patio was also well maintained.

We love staying in this particular area and this rental was perfect for our family. Super close to the beaches and a few shops/restaurants within walking distance. We are hopeful to stay again in the near future

This gem of a property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Newport and a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very clear with information and very friendly. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

We loved this house and location. It was clean and ready for us, no issues. We are a family of four and were very comfy. There was one problem, which was totally our fault, and the owners were so calm and kind and we were able to handle it quickly and easily. I was so relieved. I was concerned about the AC situation (more for my husband than me), but it was completely fine even on hot days. We even turned it down a couple times because it was cool enough. I was also concerned about walking with our kids to the beach, and no problem there either. We were able to walk to the beach and a couple restaurants and shops easily. The area is full of renters and vacationers, lots of families, very friendly and safe. Would definitely recomend staying here. Perfect location for beach, history, nature, luxury, all in one vacation. Our favorite things were (two extremes) exploring at Sachuest Point, and having a sunset dinner at Castle Hill. Both amazing!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in the property for 2 weeks and felt like it was our little home away from home. The property is exactly as advertised, the location was great, just a couple of blocks from the beach, and the host was quick to respond when we had a mishap with the washing machine. We'll definitely be back! Brian, thank you again for the delicious fish!

We had a lovely time with our children. The apartment lay out was perfect, including a grill and backyard patio to enjoy evening dinners. It was very well stocked with supplies as well. The location is perfect and we were walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to Newport. I could run to and on the Cliff Walk on morning runs which was amazing. Sherri and her husband were top-notch hosts. It was a pleasure and we will be back.

We had a great family vacation with our 2 small children. The house was very welcoming and had everything we needed! This was our 4th time staying in the neighborhood. It's a perfect location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The little Italian market down the street was my absolute favorite, I recommend it! And highly recommend the house!

This was the most well-equipped place I’ve ever rented. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I, but there was plenty of room for us to bring our two kids next time. Easy walk to first beach and a great brewery!

We booked this place with a friend, as we were attending a wedding on the St. George’s School campus. This place is ideal for proximity to the School, the beach, and both Middletown and Newport. Lovely back patio and yard; nice and cool inside thanks to window A/C; comfy beds; helpful property manager.

A fantastic cottage. We loved the quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the beach and eateries of all sorts. The house was well stocked with unexpected supplies: soaps, paper products, beach gear, and immaculately clean. Given the opportunity, we’d most certainly return.

Great location as we chose this area for a family wedding, which was in walking distance to the venue. Perfect! Just a few minute drive into downtown Newport. The cottage itself was meticulously clean. Plenty of clean towels and anything else you could possibly need. Lovely private patio off the back. Great closet space with a bureau and shelving with baskets in the main bedroom that fit everything I packed (always too much). Great use of space in this gem of a cottage. It had everything we needed and more!
