About this apartment rental
One bedroom villa located in the L Building on Harbor Island.. We are on the only condo building on Harbor Island with an elevator which makes the check-in process hassle free.
The villa has been recently updated in the fall of 2021 which includes all new furnishings, bedding, cookware, and more!
There is a comfortable king bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Harbor Island is a two and a half mile private resort community 15 miles from Downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. In addition to the beautiful beaches the Island also features swimming pools, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. The neighboring barrier Island, Hunting Island, is one of South Carolina's popular beaches. The lighthouse is a must see while visiting the area. The pools on Harbor Island are open from April 1st - October 31st.
Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
** Please note there is enough parking for 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00

Location and views were perfect. Very low key and peaceful surroundings. Overall the interior was descent and comfortable. The bed mattress was uncomfortable ( could feel the springs). The pots and pans perhaps need replacing. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

The condo was in decorated so nicely. Easy access to beach. Having an elevator was a plus. The bed mattress needs to be replaced and the bed makes so much noise when you move. The bathroom tub you had to hold the drain knob so the water could go down. The one toilet doesn’t flush properly. It needs a light over the dinning room table. Lots of fun games and puzzles. Appliances are new and work great. There was no cable in the living room just in the bedroom.

Condo was perfect for our get away. Clean with all the necessities from kitchen to a cart for hauling all the beach items. Can't wait to plan another trip here!
