Surrounded by forest and mountain views, this home is a wonderful place for group gatherings on the balcony or around the wood-burning fireplace after a day of hiking or skiing nearby. The middle level of the home will be the hub for entertaining with an open layout featuring a comfortable living area, the full kitchen, a dining area, and plenty of seating for the whole gang. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on this level. The kiddos will love heading down to the lower level, as the bunk room has a flatscreen TV and bathroom to give the younger guests their own space. The upper level features the last bedroom and loft area where the pool table is located! With so much room to spread out, everyone will find their own piece of paradise in no time. Things to Know Dog-friendly 4WD/traction may be required in winter Wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided) This property is managed by Vacasa New Mexico LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We loved the cabin! The deck was wonderful as were the views. It was great to have our dog with us. We had deer visit almost daily. The grill propane tanks were empty but the management company brought us a full tank the next day. The cabin has lots of space!

Over all pretty nice place an views! Just drive a Truck or SUV, because roads was muddy an some pot holes. The only thing that could of been better was the beds. They were to firm or hard for us to get comfortable.

Our family loved our stay here. Very roomy and clean. Huge deck for viewing wildlife and enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. Bob the Bear greeted us upon arrival and came again to say goodbye the night before we left. So much fun and so relaxing. Definitely will come again.

We had a great family trip at this house! We had my parents, my husband, myself and two dogs. The house was clean and had an amazing view. The deck was nice and big with a gas fireplace. I liked that it had a gate at each end so we could just let the dogs sit out and enjoy the weather. Having the pool table was awesome and we definitely used it every night. Definitely recommend this place!

We loved the set up. We ended only traveling with 4 of us, but this place this place could fit much more. The house has great views from the deck and our kids loved the zip line out back. We loved sitting by the fireplace and would definitely recommend this place.

This is a beautiful home. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was ideal for a girl trip. It had everything anyone could want…indoor fireplace, wrap around porch, BBQ grill, picnic tables, jacuzzi tubs….everything!! The whole reservation process was very easy and seamless. The view was spectacular! Also pet friendly which made our week perfect !
