The Villa has high-speed Wifi for your convenience. The home comes with a central A/C system to cool you down from the hot Miami sun. The villa has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful in closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working prior to your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. In order to avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out. The Climate & Bugs Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. The villa is inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Here at Dream Villas we offer a full concierge service powered by Our Haus Management, and are able to hire an in-house, private chef for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite cuisine. You can request traditional Miami cuisine to get the full experience, enjoy Surf and Turf, and so much more. Otherwise, Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near your villa. Irresponsible Behavior Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior. The host also has full authority to end the guest's stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly. No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior. The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled and or the stay is ended.

This is a great house for a large group. The back yard with pool and hot tub is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is nice and feels safe. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lighting could be a bit better (all top-down lighting/no lamps), but that's about it.

I took my staffs to this place and we were all thrilled about how nice and neat property we reserved for our stay. Very clean… Pool and hot tub what not… I was more enjoying here than a South beach honestly… but we went to South beach and some famous clubs to chill out! I recommend this for friends and family gathering and you will remember the experience lifetime!
