Relaxing stay near the beach. Property was maintained in a superb way. Kathy was available for any questions and to make sure our stay was the best. Nice yards for the pups. Looking forward to my next stay

Everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Beds are super comfy, 2 full bathrooms and the kitchen is perfect for family meals. Excellent amenities from coffee maker to keurig to fire pit and grill. Lots of games for children (and adults). Wonderful TV options (cable, Prime, Netflix, etc). And the location!!! Walking distance to Monarch Butterfly Grove, beach and the best market. Short drive to Avila and Pismo. Highly recommend staying here! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent stay. Host was very nice and thought of every detail. Even my Birthday. The neighborhood was great and the house was decorated for 4th of July holiday. Nice view of ocean in the distance. This house eceeded my expectations. We hope to come back some day.

Gorgeous property that exceeded our expectations! Very clean, well stocked, and high end. Lovely fenced in yard with outdoor seating and ocean views. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, beds and linens are comfortable and nice, and there is plenty of parking. Kathy the host was a pleasure and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home and would book a stay again.

House was very clean, comfortable and homey - the host had thought of everything you might need during a stay including a mat and bowls for our dog! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything you might need. We hope to stay again!

For a family of four we were presently surprised how spacious this home is with very nice outdoor spaces too. A very nice place to stay when you’re in the Central Coast area.

This is our second time staying here! We love this house it’s very spacious and has a lot of amenities. Beds are comfortable. Lots of board games to play. Ocean is a short walk away.Also mirrors placed in other places other than the bathrooms is a plus if your traveling with a group of ladies!
The Host is very attentive emailing to make sure all is well mid week.

We really enjoyed all of the amenities provided, the owner truly thought of everything and wants all guests to be comfortable and feel at home. The view from the rear patio is very nice as is the whole yard and the gas firepit is a wonderful choice on those chilly nights near the ocean. Everything in Pismo is less than 10 minutes away and I loved driving on the beach for the first time. The beds were comfortable with plenty of seating throughout the home. We very much recommend this property and owner.

We loved this home! It was super clean and well-stocked. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to relax, and this location was perfect. The living room is very comfortable, really the entire home is just that. The kitchen is fabulous and well-stocked. A bit of a view of the ocean can be seen from the living room, master bedroom and the patio. We had 2 small doxies, so we brought our portable fences and kept them near us on the grass. One of them is pretty cagey, and could have possibly figured out how to escape under the picket fences, so we felt comfortable keeping him close! The yard is lovely. I walked daily in the neighborhood. It provided enough ups and downs to keep it interesting! I live at altitude (5300') so it was an easy walk, but I was not acclimated to humidity!! The local grocery store ( Vons ) was maybe 2 miles away at most. Groceries were perhaps 20% more than I was used to! ( AZ ) we only did take out once ( I like to cook ) I was happy to see my favorite Thai restaurant ( Bunn Thai ) was still in business.
We have rented many VRBO homes, and this is one of my favorites. Kathy was very responsive and kind.
We got caught in the I-10 washout on our way home ( near Desert Center, CA ) but still made it through with the delay! If we can make the long drive again, we will definitely stay here again!!

It may be a few minute drive from the beach but there was so much to keep our kids entertained. They loved to just run outside (fenced and the house has so many doors to allow a great breeze) and there were so many games and books for the kids to enjoy. We loved it. Our dog loved it. Hope to come back again.

Memorial weekend getaway
Great property. Close to beach access. Close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen is fabulous. Enough room and cookware for a small army. Everything you could need. Yard is great for our small dog. Home was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Planning our return trip as I type.

Beautiful home by the beach
We had a wonderful stay at this house with our family of 4 with a dog. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully/attention to detail in beach theme throughout. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Master bedroom was spacious, and it had plenty of storage space and charging outlets. The large fenced yard was excellent for our dog to run around. We loved daily walks in the neighborhood as well as walking to the Monarch butterfly cove which led us to the beach thru the coastal trail. The owner was approachable and responsive to a few questions we had. We would love to come back to this house for our future stay in this area.

Wonderful cozy property. minutes drive from Pismo. Owner even left flowers and balloons for my mothers 80th bday. Very kind people. Property is clean and decorated beautifully.

There were three of us + dog. We enjoyed our two days vacation so much! The house is very nice, clean and has everything that you might need. The location is great and close to everything - minutes to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc.

Nice Place
We were very pleased with our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious. The yard was very dog friendly .Grocery store and beach nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood. We are already planning our return stay!
