Party cove is just a short boat ride away! The condo is just a few steps to the pool as well AND has ground floor access. This condo has it all when it comes to location! Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Nice patio overlooking the lake that has an electric grill. Newly installed electric fireplace to set the mood! Flat screen TVs with cable. Wifi as well. The living room as two full sized couches and a love seat. New mattresses in 2023. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Modern washer and dryer. Had an overnight stay for our trip to Osage, this location was near a lot of things. Only bad part was all the stairs to get to the actual condos. Otherwise, it’s was perfect for our needs!

Our stay at the property was excellent!! Very clean, roomy and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities needed for preparing Christmas dinner. The property location is very convenient to shopping and has a great view of the lake!

The condo had everything we needed. Washer/dryer, kitchen, plenty of beds (sometimes hard to find with 3 kids!). Easy access to tons of restaurants etc nearby. To boot, this complex has one of THE BEST pools available in the area! If you have kids, go HERE.

The condo was clean and spacious. Close to some of the best dining at the lake and easy access to the highway nearby to get to other parts of the lake. Stunning view of the main channel, we enjoyed watching all of the boats

Myself and some colleagues stayed overnight for a conference at Margaritaville. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but was nice! Unit was spacious and accommodating. Monty was easy to reach.

there was an unfortunate cleaning situation where the rental was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The owners were incredibly kind and offered to clean the space right away. we declined due to timing and were given a full refund. That is how hospitality should be done. The space is very convenient and a great family option. we will defiantly try again another time!

Marty was wonderful! Quick response to all our questions. Had issue with one of the toilets and he came right away to fix it and we never had any other issue once fixed. Pool was lovely and the lake views are great! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake every morning. Soooo relaxing!!!! We were there for the 4th of a July and saw lots of fireworks shows along the lake from our balcony. Easy check in and checkout. We would definitely consider staying here again.

It was my our time to Lake of Ozarks and it was so pleasant and we had a great time. Definitely be going back again. The condo was very reasonable priced, had a wonderful view, and communication with the owner was excellent and helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful surroundings, pool area was beautiful, easy to get into, condo is exceptionally clean, owners were very nice, and sitting out on the deck was just so relaxing. Will definitely be going back.

The condo was centrally located near the Lake. It was tastefully decorated and up to date. We loved the location. The view of the lake from the balcony was awesome! Great rental!!

We enjoyed our two night stay on the property while visiting family in the Lake area. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The weather was not at all what we had hoped, but I don't think the hosts could control that. We didn't get a chance to use the balcony, but it was set up beautifully and in different weather would have been much enjoyed. There were a couple of issues with the condo that Marty contacted us about as we were driving to the area. He worked hard and corrected them and when we got there everything was great. I really appreciated him contacting us and giving us options. He was determined to make our stay very pleasant, and it was.

Condo was great and had everything we needed. There was a plumbing issue, but Marty came himself and fixed it. We don't think it should be listed under VRBO's handicap accessible filter due to the very difficult slope of the parking lot and the long walk to the unit. Still gave 5 stars because, other than that, it was perfect. p.s. Amazing fireplace!
