Location
TV was audio only. Asked management , they said they would correct it, and they never did.

They were very friendly and accommodating
The $100 deposit. I had to call twice to make sure it was off my credit card but he was very kind in dealing with it

It was for just a one night stay, so it met our needs. If it was longer than 1 overnight, I may have looked elsewhere. The pool was not open, no extra amenities offered.

Owner was beyond friendly and communicated great, went above and beyond for us showing up late at night around midnight
Room wasn't fully clean but was a great spot to sleep and to wash up from a long trip. Tv stan had alot of sticky stuff on it, towels felt used but could be from the humidity in the area one bed looked dirty (I didn't care but my other half made a comment to me) found a channel that had friends on all night so she was quickly distracted from her complaints.
