Situated in Clearwater Beach, this attractive condo for $191 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 7-person condo hotel suite is perfect for bringing the whole family together. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King or Queen bed and in-room safe, the second with a Queen bed, and the third one with a Twin bed along with a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room. This suite has 2 1/2 bathrooms. Some of these suites will have an indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and others of the street surrounding the building. Please note the smaller bedroom does not have a window. Our guests have exclusive access to our all-season pool and bar located on the fifth floor, a coffee lounge and a fitness center, designed by Danny Musico, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check-in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short, 10-minute walk from Pier 60, the hub of sunset activity. There are multiple restaurants just steps away. Should you want to plan a longer journey, there is a Beach Trolly that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00 daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. A Daily Resort fee of $35 + tax will apply. We are a pet-friendly resort; we allow 1 dog of max. 30lb or 2 dogs that equal the maximum weight. A pet fee of $85 + tax daily will apply at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. Pack n Plays are available for $20/night + tax. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

The hotel was super clean in all areas and is on the main strip of Clearwater Beach. Close to the beach, walking distance to some great restaurants, and a convenient parking garage. The rooms/suites were spacious and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel!

The condo was absolutely beautiful (exactly like the pictures) and in the perfect location. Very short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful with all of of needs. I highly recommend, we will definitley be back!

The property was perfect for two couples to share. The bathrooms are on suite which provides great privacy. The common areas - living room, kitchen, laundry and additional 1/2 bath really gives the unit that house feel. The area is excellent. Easy walking to the beach, quality restaurants and shops. Overall, a great property that provided a special opportunity for us to celebrate our wives 60th birthday,

The place was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when i go back. The only part i don't understand was passing to park there but was aware of the fee before going so it wasn't a big deal. Great for a family stay.

This was a very nice location. Everyone so personable. The level of service and cleanliness is unmatched. Employees always on top of their game and willing to help. Big shout out to Holly! She was continually amazing. The personable interactions with guest just made her another member of our family. Will recommend this to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to make memories.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very accommodating and answered all of our questions and concerns prior to arriving and once we were there! Only downfall was parking was a little tight in the garage but it worked out fine once we realized the size of the garage and what spots were best for our suv. Rooms were very clean and organized well. The umbrellas and chairs for the beach were awesome, less of a concern for the hot beach days! The pool was a little small but my kids didn’t really care about the pool and wanted to spend most of the time at the beach. Had a great experience and would stay here again.

Property was great, very clean, excellent location, included beach chairs, towels. The only complaint I have is that two of the bedrooms did not have a dresser or anywhere to put clothes (that you would not hang in a closet). Other than this it was perfect!

Had a great stay at this property. Room was huge, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of 6 without feeling crowded. Beach was right outside the hotel and they had beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Everything was really great. I wish it was slightly closer to the pier as walking there every day got a bit tiring with 2 young kids but it was worth it for the space we got.

The Avalon Club is a wonderful location right on Clearwater Beach, close to all restaurants, shops and very nicely maintained. Everyone, especially Robin at the pool, is so friendly and helpful. We loved our time there!

The location is just a couple steps to the beach. The Avalon provided towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use on the beach. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and several bathrooms for our family of 4. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. The cookies and water when we arrived were a nice touch. They went out of their way to have our rental ready for an early check in. The staff were very kind and helpful! We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying at Avalon Club! Great location and walkable to lots of great restaurants and coffee. Clean rooms with lovely staff all around. We loved the “sunset celebration” every evening- complimentary champagne and gorgeous views from the 5th floor. The only negative we could mention is that the walls are very thin and easy to hear neighbors, but the building and its amenities are top notch!
