If you want to sit back with your friends and family and enjoy the fire pit, watch the stars, & have an early morning coffee to watch the sunrise, you will love this little piece of paradise. You won't find a better spot to relax and get away! The Space: Secluded and quiet. Great place to see the stars, wake up to crickets and birds chirping, and occasionally see a family of deer, a fox, or a raccoon heading toward the lake. Don’t worry we will send you info after you book! | IMPORTANT | - You will have the whole property for your use while you are there! - The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. - There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! The Neighborhood: The property boasts excellent road conditions with no steep or challenging roads to navigate. The roads leading to our location are well-maintained, making for a smooth and comfortable drive. The location is conveniently situated just ¼ mile from Highway 259, making it easily accessible and providing a straightforward route to nearby attractions. Guests will have the convenience of being close to the main roads while still enjoying the privacy of a secluded retreat. Other Things to Note: | WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC RULES FOR THE TOWNHOME | - NO drugs - NO smoking - Must be 25 years or older to book - Max occupancy is 10 (including children) - NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises) - QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM - CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM - CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM | THE RED TAPE | - Bears are dangerous - Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets) - You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times. - NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. - We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also. - We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more! Interaction with Guests: We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority! All check-in and check-out is remotely!

The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful stay on the coldest days of the year! We had fun with the video games, relaxed on the cozy couches and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Our 6-year-old said “it was one of the best cabins we ever went to!” so that tells you everything you need to know. :-) Highly recommend.

The property was very nice, it was awesome to have the video games & shuffleboard. Very clean inside, spacious, and 3 bathrooms which was the best. We even had deer come pretty close to the back porch area. The only issue was a very bad smell by the hot tub. Someone was sent out right away after our email to check the hot tub, which was fine. I am thinking the odor was something that died in the woods nearby so hopefully the smell won't last. But very nice place & would rent out again.

We LOVED our cabin! My husband and I were traveling with our teen boys so activities were a must and his elderly parents so we needed a place with no stairs. (Which proved very hard to find) This cabin met all of our needs perfectly! We had a blast and look forward to booking it again soon. Thank you so much!

The house is beautiful. Our family stayed at an RV park but they came to our rental for meals. They enjoyed the game arcade. There was plenty of room for our meals. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. We would like to come back and stay with more family.

It was one of the best stay. We could enjoy every moment staying there. Also the pacman game won us allover. United Hot tub too. Only this we couldn’t find were oven mitts and also soap and shampoo. Other than that everything was awesome

We had a vacation last in this cabin with six adults (over 60). We had a great time! I didn't know that I like shuffle board until this trip!.. We cooked all of our meals here. I would say that a new skillet would be nice, but I understand that some renters don't take care of them as if they are their own. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked nice. Everything was nice in this cabin. A few bar stools around the island would be an added bonus. We played cards and dominos and the island was the only place to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was awesome. Grass and weeds around the entire cabin was over a foot high. And no available logs for the fire pit. Would and will rent the cabin area again but will request the only 2 issues are amended.

Cabin was very nice. Loved all the chairs outside. Owners were very responsive to anything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Could use a few more kitchen towels, dish rags, and pot holders. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again.

Serenity Now was our home away from home for a family trip. My mom, sister and I were enjoyed the cabin and the amenities. The location was very central and hear Beaver Bend State Park and rafting on the Lower Mount Fork River. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax when we were not enjoying the outdoors. We'd stay there again.

The photos give the appearance of an isolated location, but in fact the house is only 600 feet off the main road. That's far enough so that road noise is not a problem, and it's helpful in having easy access to the many activities in the area. The road to the house was in dire need of grading, so we recommend a sturdy vehicle. But once you arrive, you'll find a well-appointed and spacious place that provides everything you need for a pleasant getaway for plenty of people, and the host is quite responsive to any inquiries.

Perfect for our group, we had two families including 4 kids, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old, everybody fit in the house just fine! The games that were included in the house were perfect for the age ranges, the 9 year old LOVED NBA Jam video game, and the adults played the heck out of the pac man/Galaxian video game. This is a nice location on the south side of town, convenient to Broken Bow and the very nice Pruitt’s grocery store (10 min drive), and very easy park access via the southern loop of 259a. Hochatown is a stones throw away north, with all it has to offer. There’s a restaurant (that we didn’t try, but looked good and busy) that’s a two minute walk away from the house. Very clean and cozy house, would recommend!

We had the best time here on our honeymoon. The cabin is beautiful spacious and the games are an added bonus. You are close to literally everything and not right up against other cabins. Though we did not utilize them the bunk beds bedroom is beautiful ! Communication and check in was easy and we will absolutely be back

We really enjoyed our stay. The games were a lot of fun and the cabin was close to all the activities we wanted to do.

Good cabin and a good location. First night was great with no problems. The second night we arrived back from a late dinner and could not get into the house due to the key pad being completely dead. We tried every way to reach the owners and Vrbo tried calling several several times. We tracked down a phone number only to find out it was a relative. We could not get anyone to call us! We sat outside for three hours in the cold! We finally received a message from the homeowner that someone was coming. Never one time did the owners call us. They never called us to make sure we even got inside. If you are going to own a cabin you have to have some sort of emergency contact and a spare key. The locksmith had to drill thru the dead bolt to get us in and then left a hole in the door all night after. I understand things can happen but the fact that they never called us speaks volumes!!! Definitely ruined the Saturday night. As of 7:00 pm the next night, we never heard from anyone. I hope you learn from this and make changes going forward.

The cabin was perfect for our family. It was stocked with everything we needed and the kids LOVED playing all of the video games. The property owners were very responsive and actually checked in on us and provided recommendations. A bonus was watching all of the deer that came to feed around the cabin every morning!

Amazing place to stay! All the features you need, great location. Sitting in the hot tub or sitting on the front porch, it was easy to enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the wildlife. Ages 8 to 80- everyone can enjoy spending time at Serenity Now!

This was our first time staying in Oklahoma and we had the best experience. The house has a well stocked kitchen, games for the kids, and plenty of space for everyone. We stayed here 4 nights. This cabin is in a perfect location right off main road. It is so spacious and comfortable! Kate and Abe were great hosts! Cabin has everything you need! Beds were comfortable! We all enjoyed the games! We will stay here again!!! One of my Vrbo stays yes!

Everything We Hoped For
Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! Not only is it beautiful, but there is do much to do there between the shuffleboard, arcade games, hot tub, horseshoes, etc. Also, my husband and I are really picky about beds be a of back problems, and these mattresses were really comfy. Communication with the owners before and during our stay was top-notch! We would definitely return here in the future.
