Located in Lake Norman, this lovely house for $587 per night is a great option for your next break. Extended stays available, ask us about monthly rentals! The name says it all, this home Serenity Shores!! If you are looking for some of the longest range views on Lake Norman with a nearly flat lot, you have found the place - WOW, views for days!! Bring your family and friends together and escape to this charming lake home with an open kitchen, dining, and family room floor plan - just a perfect place to hang out after a day on the water! This home is completely furnished including a fully equipped kitchen that is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy a spacious backyard and great amenities including charcoal grill, corn hole boards, 1 kayak, and 1 paddle board, SMART TVs, an arcade game in the bunk room, lakeside hammocks, large private walk-in beach access & much much more! ....and after enjoying a day on the water, go relax by the lakeside fire pit &inside of the fenced in backyard and enjoy those summer nights with a side of s'mores & amazing Lake Norman Views! The house is ideal for a group of up to 10. In the main house, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths....and then if a part of the group wants their own private place to get away, you have a separate guest house with a combo bedroom/living area and a private full bathroom! Bedroom Summary Master (King with full en-suite bathroom/TV) - private office located off the master! Guest Room (Queen/TV) Bunk Room (Twin over Twin and trundle full with a pull out twin/TV) Guest House (King with full bathroom/TV) Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you! Please note: there is a security camera is on the NW corner of the guest cottage for your safety. It captures some of the front yard, all of the side yard and some of the beach. *** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations. *** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.

The house was even better than advertised. Super clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the pet friendliness very much. Great beach and lake access. No need to haul your kayaks over the rocks. Walk straight into the lake. The owners even stopped by to check on us because the power was out in the area. They brought a freshly baked warm, apple pie! Wonderful hospitality!

The house itself was perfect. It was very clean, and the kitchen could not have been stocked any better! All the furniture was in great condition and you could tell they thought about kids a lot! I thought the home was done very thoughtfully, and I was very happy and comfortable. my biggest complaint is that the yard gets next to no sun so we had to be on the dock or in the boat in order to have sun. Secondly, this house is in desperate need of a pest control company. There were sugar ants in the kitchen, and absolutely every nook and cranny of the exterior was covered in cobwebs , as well as all the furniture around the fire pit and the dock. That needs to be cleaned off and taken care of.

We picked this property for its location, waterfront and dock for the boat, with a great sized sand Beach for easy launching of our kayaks and space for little ones to play. The fenced grass yard was awesome for our dog and for yard games we brought. The house is adorable and farmhouse- lake house style, and we were able to find everything we needed easily. The separate cottage was comfortable and quiet for our parents to stay, and kids loved venturing over there for the pac man machine. This house checked all the boxes and we had a great time! Our only concern was there didn’t seem to be a smoke alarm in the main area by the kitchen.

The yard is great for dogs and there is a beautiful view.
We asked for early check in and were told they would follow up and let us know. We drove by the house at 1:20 to see location. No-one was there and trash was pulled to curb. We waited until the 4pm checkin and no-one returned 1-4pm and we were not told the house was ready early. Upon entering first impression was that it is cute. Then we saw how filthy everything was.... grimy/sticky kitchen counters, stains on carpet/couch/chairs, dirty dishes in cabinets, leaves and dirt covered patio/patio furniture, and very moldy smelling master bathroom. We notified the property manager who politely offered to send the cleaning crew out...this wasn't needed since we had already washed the dishes and cleaned the house. Plus, we didn't want to have cleaners in the house while we were there.
Additionally, description should include that this house is on a very secluded gravel road.

The owner was very hospitable and always willing to go above and beyond to help in whatever we needed. The view from the dock was spectacular and the outdoor area with the fire-pit really was the cherry on top for our stay.

Beautiful lake retreat to recharge!
Great location tucked away in a somewhat private area of Lake Norman.
The main house is stunning and perfect for a family that has some younger children and pets. The fenced-in back yard is massive - although I would be cautious if you have smaller dogs (5lbs or less) as they may be able to squeeze thru the posts.
The dock is good for fishing in the early AM or late evening. Firepit and BBQ options worked great (although propane was empty when we arrived).
The smaller detached "apartment" is a converted garage that has heat/AC. It was a little damp and musty (I strongly recommend they rip out the carpet) and the bathroom had some ants creeping in from the subfloor. But nothing catastrophic or dirty.

The property worked perfect for our family. The lay worked great and it had everything we needed. We would love to come back in the summer and make use of the lake. Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, was perfect. Very comfortable home, would definitely would rent again.

This beautiful, welcoming home was absolutely the PERFECT place for us to land! The home is beautifully decorated, has many well-thought places to sit and visit, the beds were comfortable and nice linens, it was very clean and well-kept!! The outside was just as perfect - there was a generous fenced yard for kids and dogs, a spacious deck for gathering outside, a large beach area by the dock with a fire pit, hammocks, plenty of seating, and there was a kayak and paddleboard with a generous variety of life jackets. And we appreciated the washer & dryer when we needed to clean up after a lot of fun in the water!!
There was a wonderful snack starter kit with all the fixings for smores, popcorn, waters and a nice bottle of wine, lots of fun games we all enjoyed!
It is clear that the owners put much thought and care into making sure every detail was well-thought. We felt at home instantly and all wished we could move in forever!!
