This immaculate newly-updated home is located in Rustic Pines -- a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and 12 minutes to Johns Pass Maderia beach. 1 hour and 30 minutes from Magic Kingdom. 43 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 10 miles to Clearwater Beach. Private backyard with a heated pool (in winter months) and luscious landscaping. Walking distance to groceries, shopping, dining, entertainment, and parks with trails. Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, super private fenced-in backyard with a pool (inquire on heating cost), screened-in patio with lots of seating and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 3 bedrooms with TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, dining room with a large dining table, breakfast nook, office space, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer in the garage. Complimentary Pack'n'Play available.

We had a great time at this property. Very close to beaches. Also Clearwater and Tampa downtown attractions like the aquarium are within reach. The communication with the host was great! We had an internet outage at the property while staying there and the host was on top of it getting it repaired. All in all it was a wonderful stay, and we will gladly consider again if in the area!

The house has everything you need. Great layout for family, plenty of seating and dining space. The pool and backyard are great. Comfy beds and plenty of towels and blankets. Loved the beach chairs and kids beach toys to use during our stay.

We really enjoyed our week at this house. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The pool was great, however, it says it was heated but because temps were in the 50's a couple days, the heater couldn't keep up so we only got to use the pool 2x. Disappointing. The outdoor space was great. Nice screened in porch where we spent most of our time. Beautiful decor - coastal and farmhouse combined. Good open floor plan. Super comfy beds. Easy digital access to house so we didn't have to worry about a key. We used the washer and dryer several times, so nice to have.Some suggestions to make the house even better: Upgrade kitchen pots/pans/utensils. When you rent a house, you expect to cook some meals rather than eating out. There were 2 pans, both with wobbly handles and with a lot of the non-stick coating gone. 2 low quality pots. Very few cooking utensils to use. We actually went to Dollar General and bought a couple of large serving spoons, tongs, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, foil pans to cook in, and some plastic storage containers.Also, an upgrade in bathroom towels and washcloths are in order. They were thin and small and didn't come close to covering us after our shower. We ended up using the beach towels.With that being said, these things weren't deal breakers but would have made our stay much more pleasant. We would rent this house again.
