Great place - our family loved it. It's convenient to shopping, the grocery store, and most importantly, Winter Park resort.

Arrived at the property, and there was no propane. Called the 800 number and was never contacted. Had to go purchase a new bottle. Internet only worked the first day otherwise Wi-Fi was in operable.

The Fraser CO property provided a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. Perfect location, great amenities, clean, with beautiful views of the Winter Park Ski Resort. We highly recommend staying at this property if visiting Fraser!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos in the WP/Fraser area and this was by far the best. It was clean, stocked appropriately, comfy beds, super convenient, garage parking, and a nice gas fireplace that warmed up the entire main level. I look forward to staying here again!

My family arriving from three different states loved this property. It was spacious, clean and a great location. We skied at Winter Park, snowshoed on local trails, tubed at Fraser Hill and visited the distillery. All within a short drive or even walking distance. Our only nit was that the murphy bed was not the most comfortable for adults. We moved our 11-year-old daughter to the murphy the 2nd night and it was comfortable for her..

I rented this for a family trip with my parents from out of state. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and the inside is super clean and great for relaxing and spreading out. The location is really convenient to shops/restaurants, but the place is so comfy, we ended up spending a lot of time just sitting around the fireplace.
