Nestled in Fraser, this lovely condo for $99 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our newly remodeled Winter Park condo sits on the Fraser River, 1 block from Main Street with easy access to the free Ski bus line. 2 bedroom, 1and 1/4 bath condo with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunk bed. This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor grill. This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. There will be a $200 per night fine if guests bring pets for their stay or smoke in the unit. Our ground floor condo has easy access to the fully equipped Rec center that includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, pool table, locker rooms and kids indoor play area. Condo is walking distance to Fraser Trail, Rendezvous Trailhead, Headwaters event center, fishing river/pond, movie theater/ bowling alley, grocery store, restaurants, distillery, and brewery. INCREDIBLE LOCATION ON THE FRASER RIVER....park your car and shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort or any location downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Winter Park License #018810

Owners were very responsive and made checking in easy. Condo was exactly as described and offered a great option for our first visit to Winter Park. A short 5 min walk to the shuttle stop to the resort.

We truly enjoyed our stay as the condo is spacious and in a great location. The one downside was that the mattresses were a little too firm for our liking but that’s just our personal preference. We also had some trouble getting the streaming box to work on the TV. I still would highly recommend this home.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing after skiing. Beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the tv in the main living area and this was brought to the owner’s attention that the device needed to be activated. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay was very relaxing with great accommodations. We loved the fireplace. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean all in all a great experience. My only complaint is the clubhouse was closed when we were there. We were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub after Skiing. Other than that everything was great. It was easy to get the shuttle to the ski area. Very close to where we were staying. Would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a winter park destination

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The creek right outside, the amenities and the great location made this a wonderful place to spend a relaxing summer week. Lots of fun things to do around there too. The condo is well furnished, very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely reccomend

Cabin location was wonderful. - on the River - brand new bedrooms & furniture - fully equipped kitchen - walking to downtown Winter park - club house an added feature - spotless clean - fresh clean towels and bedding We will return. ❤️

The condo was great, clean and tidy. And great location walkable to all of downtown winter park. There was a small mishap with the hot tub key. But the host was very very quick to resolve the issue. Would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for our ski weekend. The shuttle to Winter Park picks up across from the building and runs every 30 minutes. The community recreation center, with three hot tubs and a big pool, is a quick walk. It is also easy to walk to the restaurants on Main St for dinner rather than needing to drive. Overall it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay for three adults.

The condo is nicely furnished and stocked well. The kids really enjoyed the rec center--the pool was wonderfully warm, and the hot tubs were great. Everything was easy and convenient.

The owners were very responsive and the location was great. My husband and I stayed with my 18 year old son and there was plenty of room! The recreation center was very nice and just up the hill, with indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, workout room, and laundry. The shuttle for Winter Park Resort picked up directly across the street and was super convenient. We will stay here again!

The condo itself was perfect for a ski weekend with my son. The kitchen and common areas were clean and easy to use. The beds were soft and comfortable. The check-in process was super easy and the door locking system was simple and easy to use. The only downside was that the condo was a little far away from the ski hill and bus system in Winter Park isn’t the greatest.

The place overall was ok. A few things, our key never worked for the Rec center with the pool and hot tub (main reason we chose this place)and when we called the second time the guy was pretty rude and basically said you’re SOL we are closed try again tomorrow. I wouldn’t of paid what we did to not have access everyday. Second the bedroom tv wouldn’t stay on. Kept turning on and off by itself. Other than that the place was ok. May check other places out in the future.

Easy check in with a door code. Nice creek on property to sit and relax. Walking distance to almost everything in town. Free lift bus was nice too.
