About this condo rental

Situated in Fraser, this charming condo for $104 per night is a great option for your next break. This downtown 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is on the second floor and offers a large interior space with 1,085 square feet – great family vacation rental. The open living room is comfortable furnished with a wood fireplace, 50" Flat screen Smart TV, queen sofa sleeper and access to the 38 ft long private deck overlooking the river. In the dining area, a large wooden table and chairs that will accommodate 6 persons during meals or to relax and enjoy board games or other activities. New appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and stove top are in the kitchen, which also has lots of cabinets and counter top space for meal preparation. No air conditioning. You can access to the private deck either from the living room or through the master bedroom with a queen bed and wood burning fireplace and full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second full bathroom in the main hallway. This unit is on the second floor, a few steps away from the recreation center, free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities. The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike. Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. Homeowner Association rules for this property: Rental guests are not allowed to bring pets and any violation will be fined $200 per day. Smoking is not allowed in common areas including front decks and within 10 feet of the building. Convenient location within walking distance to downtown. Place was as advertised for a simple ski weekend.

Nice and spacious. Master bed comfy. 2 twins in second bedroom ok. Living Rm furniture comfy. Very dated. Biggest issue was kitchen. Teapot on stove was completely rusted in the inside. Cheese grater also very rusty as well as a few other pots and pans. Pots and pans very old and scratched up. Wasn’t completely comfortable cooking in them. I rewashed all prior to use. Blankets very old. Kitchen dishrags and potholders were dirty and had holes in them. I’m not sure if this is the management company’s responsibility or the owners? I did leave a detailed list of a few things with the management company including the floor lamp in the living area that didn’t work either. Once again, I understand this is a budget rental. But those are simple things that could be corrected easily. Also, I’m guessing the fact that it is budget rental is why there were no extras in the kitchen such as SARAN , foil,, spices etc. that often times accompany VRBO’s. not such a big deal but just an FYI. Lastly, the bathrooms are super dated, but the master bath shower has a super old head but it’s super powerful!

After making last second plans to "head for the mountains", this was the only 2 bedroom condo we could find for a Saturday night after spending 10 hours on the road. Was perfect - clean, comfortable, easy, and communication was great. Didn't spend much time in the area, but the condo is in a great location to walk downtown or jump on the highway for excursions.

We enjoyed our time hear and it met all our needs to take advantage of the amazing powder. Keypad to the front of the building didn’t work, but great other than that. Unit could use a little more decorating too.

The condo was perfectly fine but the mattresses were terrible. V shaped and must have dated from the 70’s. Seems to me a ski resort should have beds appropriate for a resort, not a flophouse.
