This house is beautifully crafted and very spacious. Perfect for our family needs for a quick stay in Chicago.

Home was spotless, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host was very polite, check in process was easy. I had a family gathering, and it was perfect! Definitely will be back.

Great stay, great communication

Where do I start, checking in was an easy process no complaints there. When we entered the property there was an foul order from the start. The furniture was old and worn down, the beds looked like some body had slept in them before we got there. It looked like somebody was living there and in the basement looked like squatters was down there and we was advised not to go down til the next day. After some cleaning and gettin somethings like new bedding and some fans from Mr. Washington we were at ease for the most part. At the end of the day you get what you it for.

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. My team & I were in town for an Expo and it as refreshing to come back daily to such a welcoming & spacious house. All the beds were super comfortable & very well stocked with linen/towels. The neighborhood was historic & very quiet. I love how the outside patio was laid out. It would be a perfect place to entertain & cook out on warmer days. The host was easy to reach, talk to & very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s coming with a large group to Chicago.
