Nestled in Post Falls, this charming house for $150 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 3 bedroom/2 bath home in North Idaho. Quiet neighborhood with a park one block away. Enjoy an evening relaxing and BBQing on the back patio. Summertime travelers enjoy fresh produce and blueberries from the backyard garden. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and third bedroom has a bunk bed (full size on the bottom & twin on the top). Both bathroom showers have dispensers filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen has all the dishes you’ll need to prepare your own meals, along with a spice rack and individual ketchup, mustard, and mayo packets, to make your stay easier. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, with a variety of coffee pods, individual creamers, sugar packets, and sugar substitutes. $75 cleaning fee per stay. No minimum number of nights stay required. No pets allowed. 10% discount for stays that are 7 days or longer. Just minutes away from I-90, most destinations are a quick drive: Downtown Coeur d'Alene: 12 miles - 15 minute drive Downtown Spokane: 26 miles - 30 minutes Silverwood Theme Park: 20 miles - 30 minutes Spokane International Airport: 33 miles - 40 minutes

We stayed in this beautiful guest house for 3 nights while in Post Falls for a wedding. The host was so very accommodating of our needs, especially as a porta crib and high chair were available, as well as supplying us with amazing goodies and a fully stocked "Coffee Bar" and lots of condiments and cooking essentials. I have never experienced such an abundance of guest amenities in a VRBO. Perfect location just 5 minutes from the wedding venue in a lovely neighborhood near 2 parks for the kids to burn off energy. Thank you!

Eric & family are the most generous hosts of all time. We arrived to gift basket, the most beautifully supplied rental. We had spices, coffee, great cookware, ample supplies on the kitchen & bathroom. It was wonderful.

This property was perfect. Felt like home and loved the layout. The back deck was a wonderful place to hang out in the afternoon/evening. Kitchen was very well stocked even though we really didn't cook much. Friendly neighbors in the development. Would definately stay here again!!!

Eric's home was perfect for our family couples getaway to bike the Hiawatha and Coeur d'Alene trails. Our bikes were very secure in the fenced/gated backyard. It was very easy getting them in and out. The house is set up perfectly for two couples. The kitchen has everything you need for any kind of cooking. The neighborhood is safe. The house was spotless when we arrived, with plenty of clean towels and linens. It's an easy direct drive to I90 to get to CDL. Walking or riding bikes was not an option we explored in Post Falls so I can't speak to that. We would definitely come back to Eric's home for our next visit to the area.

We stayed in three different properties over a two week period and this was the best property we stayed at. Everything was perfect! The yard was beautiful and the offer to eat from your vegetable garden was a plus. If we ever return to Post Falls, we would definitely rent this property again. Great job all around.

I cannot say enough good things about this property & its host! I hosted a bachelorette party and this was such an amazing space, we all had a great time. The place was clean, comfy and spacious. Not to mention the added bonus of the garden out back! Highly recommend!

This property was so nice!! Very clean and comfortable. The owners definitely spoil their guests as there are a lot of additional touches, such as the coffee bar, toys/games and toiletry items if needed. 100% recommend!!

The home was in a beautiful neighborhood and easy to find. When we arrived it was mid summer and after a outdoor family reunion we found ourselves relaxed with the home being cool and clean. Also any supplies we could have needed were there without question.

Our family of 5 was just stopping through for a night in July, and this place was great! Excellent air conditioning. Had more than enough space for the teens and in the morning, I did a good walk through the neighborhood.
The property is very clean and well kept. The backyard had blueberry bushes to pick and cherry tomatoes to spare! A nice note from the host to help ourselves!
Would stay again if coming through.

This home was located in a very nice neighborhood and close to The Whitehouse restaurant (which is fabulous, by the way). The extra touches the owners provided were so appreciated. Coffee, tea, breakfast biscuits, packets of condiments neatly organized in fridge. We enjoyed the back patio to relax at after golf. One of my most treasured perks was the vegetable garden. Fresh blueberries, lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes, peas, etc). We were encouraged to help ourselves. It was such a pleasure to stay in this well kept home. We will definitely stay here again.

This home served as the perfect base camp for our vacation in Northern Idaho. It’s in a great location that is central to so many activities such as the Silverwood Theme Park, Coeur d’Alene resort, Spokane and more! The property itself is in pristine condition with just about anything you could need to be comfortable. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a cute vegetable garden. Easily the one of the best VRBO properties!

We just needed a place to stay for one night. However we would have gladly stayed longer! The house was extremely clean, organized and very welcoming. A bottle of sparkling grape juice, cookies and an assortment of candy were put out just for us. So thoughtful! They even had blueberry bushes and a garden in the back that we could pick from. They have thought of everything!

We stayed here with Eric and Jennie and we absolutely enjoyed the place. It was big enough for our family to be comfortable. They have corn hole outside and places to play board games with the family!! Neighborhood was quiet, which is always a plus! We will be sure to check this place out if we have another trip planned for Silverwood!!

We enjoyed our short stay at this newer and very comfortable property. Location is convenient to Coeur d’Alene, and the owners, who are responsive and pleasant, have put a lot of thought and care into small touches that make you feel welcome and at home. Would definitely stay again.

We were in Post Falls visiting my daughter and grandkids and needed a place to stay with my 82 yr. old mother and 75 yr. old Aunt. We had a great stay at this house. The one story house made it easy for older guests. It was so clean and the host thought of everything- coffee bar, snacks, high chair for when the littles had dinner with us. The beds were very comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing weekend traveling for softball. Super clean house, welcoming and inviting. Very lovely neighborhood. They thought of everything! Even left sparkling cider for us & water and treats. I'm quite picky and this house was perfect. Cute backyard with garden. Loved the coffee bar & appreciated ceiling fans in all bedrooms. We would stay again!!

This property is a gem in Post Falls! Eric and Jennie are first rate, and their home is a VRBO find! The hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We especially appreciated them being flexible with our arrival time since we were coming into town after a very long road trip. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we were delighted by this well-looked-after home. It’s evident the hosts take great pride in this property and are experts at making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The property is nicely laid out, well stocked and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the Idaho sights, restaurants and grocery stores. When we return to Post Falls, we will not hesitate to reserve this home and would even plan our vacation around this house being available!

Exceptionally clean, need, and well appointed. The furniture was all very comfortable including the beds. The owners were extremely responsive and kind. I when I had a hard time opening the front door on the second day, they responded immediately to my request for help. They left us coffee, tea, popcorn, cookies, wine, beer, water, hot chocolate. It was very apparent cared about us having a wonderful experience. I could not recommend this spotless and well laid out home more. Thank you for the excellent stay.
