Nestled in the northern Black Hills of South Dakota, Powder House Pass has direct access to state Snowmobile Trails and close proximity to ATV trails. In addition, there is access to the Nationally Recognized Mickelson Trail with 110 miles of walking and biking trails. Minutes from the Terry Peak ski area, Lead and Deadwood, it is truly a year-around destination for people of all ages. One of the perks of staying in Powder House Pass is that you will have complimentary access to the Community Building with meeting rooms, a kitchen, game room and outdoor patio with a year round heated pool and fire tables. House was plenty big for our group of 12. Definitely had more of the extras than the numerous other houses we’ve stayed at. Extra toothbrushes, makeup wipes, garbage bags supplied, etc. We loved the location and the set up of this house. We’d stay here again.

Home was everything as advertised plus some. New development in close proximity to Terry Peak Skiing and downtown Deadwood. If you have any doubt, just book it, you won't be disappointed.

This place was everything and more! We enjoyed the house so much! There was plenty of space for our party of 10 adults and 10 kids. We didn’t feel cramped at all. There were lots of activities for the kids, they loved the heated garage with all the yard games. I would absolutely book this place again!

The house was awesome. Everything we need was provided. The rooms and bathroom are adequately spaced. Love the interior and the ambiance. Also the response from the contact person was very fast. We will definitely come back.

We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday with family and a few friends (all ladies). The cabin was amazing. There was plenty of room and we loved all the bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We spent a night out in Deadwood and had two nights for games and food at the cabin. It was a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again.

This home was wonderful for our group. 5 large bedrooms for the adult couples and large bunkroom for the kids. Plenty of space for all of us (5 Families). The location was great as well. Right in then middle for going to town and getting to Trails Head Lodge to access the snowmobile trail. Parking is limited with tucks and trailers, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Our plans had to change a bit due to weather but the beauty of Serenity Now made up for it! The house was exactly as described on the listing and had everything we could possibly need. We were able to cook great, large family meals and the table is perfect for board games! Such a great trip and wonderful experience in the hills!

This large home comes with all the details! It was clean and modern with plenty of room and bathrooms. The cupboards and closets are full of necessities and extras. Comfy beds, plenty of blankets and pillows. Only problem was getting there in the dark- the gps isn’t exactly accurate up there!

Great Family House!

The house was beautiful and well equipped! We had 9 children with us and 10 adults and there was room for all! It is a new build, so there was no grass for the kids but the swimming pool was fun. We loved the grills and fire pit - s'mores for all!

Outstanding in every way, attention to detail and catering to things that matter to travelers: well stocked kitchen, beautiful grills, comfortable sleeping, supplies like detergent, basic food supplies, yard chairs, children play space, etc. This is the second home we’ve stayed in this neighborhood-very well done, highly recommend.

This was perfect! We have a larger family including my mom and dad, my sisters, and their families. This accommodated all of us with large spacious bedrooms and each of us our own bathrooms - no sharing is a huge plus! I’d absolutely stay here again!
