It has a HUGE deck with seating for 20 and amazing views, has a natural gas grill. Dining room seats 20 people. Lower level has an amazing game room with pool table and foosball table. City water, sewer, natural gas, high speed internet. All pavement no gravel. This home also boasts a unique 2 level observation tower for 360 degree viewing the Black Hills- Relaxation does not get better than this! NEW FOR 2023: New carpet, bedding, linens, towels. All the amenities you need. Gorgeous view and great host. Only complaint would be I would easily pay $20 more a night for good toilet paper, but seem to find this more than I would have guessed when we stay at other places. Definitely would recommend this place over and over. Just pack your Charmin!

We had 7 adults and 8 kids for a family vacation. Did side by side trails in Spearfish Canyan, went to Custer Park, Mt. Rushmore, Sylvan Lake, Reptile Gardens. Enjoyed time at the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Kids ranged from 1 to 12 years.

The house worked wonderful for the main meeting location for our family reunion of 24. Since this house sleeps so many people it would be extremely helpful to have a second refrigerator the garage. We could only fit 2 days of food in the refrigerator, excluding drinks. A large cooler would also been helpful to keep drinks cool since the fridge was too small.

Overall great place to stay! Super convenient location to terry peak! Everything included in rental for what you would need to stay! Somehow some of the pool table balls were missing but quickly was resolved by the owner and new balls were delivered to the house! Only down fall was that some cleaning might have been overlooked, not quite to my standards, but able to be easily cleaned up with a touch of cleaner and rag! All in all would stay again!

Wonderful property with amazing views. Plenty of space for our party of 14 to spread out. Bunk bed room was super fun for the kids. Hot tub was great and in working order. Comfortable beds. I do have a couple of suggestions; I wish the bunk beds would’ve been made before our arrival, they needed to include a few more towels especially since we were using the hot tub, also the cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen could be better. Overall we loved the home and the black hills, we would like to come back in the summer!

Beautiful view. Love the location. Have been staying here Ty or 6 years. Maintenance issues….lower level sliding door leaks rain water on the carpet. This could get serious during heavy rain. Main door entrance lock does not lock. Will stay here again,

We had a friend group of 10 and the accommodations were perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and the location was very convenient. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful home to rent.

This property is amazing! The location was close enough to everything to enjoy but far enough away to have privacy. This house is furnished with everything you would need. The directions are clearly spelled out so we had no need to bother our host for anything! The only negative thing was the dirty windows. The awesome views were hindered by this. However, overall this property is highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous view. It was a great neighborhood for a morning walk and very close to Deadwood. We didn’t have any trouble getting a ride to downtown and was a nice ride. The house was outstanding and really felt like a home during our stay. It has a great amount of rooms and even bunk beds for kiddos. I will definitely be keeping this property in mind for next time.

This house is very large with more than enough room. Great architecture and finishes. Love the foosball and pool table. Loved the views, what an amazing stay would recommend to anybody. My only gripe would be the fact we didn't find the propane tank in the garage till we were leaving so we couldn't grill, but that's kind of our fault so if you stay here just know the propane tank is in the garage.

Very nice time. Close to ski area. Place was clean. Yet could use a deep cleaning this spring. We stayed 4 nights. Party of 11 adults and teens The room my husband and I stayed in the bed creaked and the dresses were non useable. Armour had a note do not use and the dresser was full of bedding. Ended up storing our clothes in the antique ice chest outside our room. I would have the cleaning person place the extra beding in the ice chest so the dresser was at least usable in that room The tower area has a futon for sleeping yet no curtains or window coverings or vents. Too bright in the morning. It got very cold in there at night for our son to sleep in. Need more available blankets as we had to use blankets from our bed to keep our son from freezing in the tower futon room. My theory is more blankets are better than none. Bunk bed room closet needed to be finished as it had no hooks, shelves or hanging bar. Garage could use some hooks and shelves as well to hang ski coats, gloves, boots, as coat closet was not big enough for 11 adult to use. Nice to have laundry as we washed may towels through out our stay. Also nice to have a big table as we cooked a prime rib New Years Eve dinner and it was great we all could sit down together. Everyone loved the hot tub yet it was low on water when we arrived. Used the hose in garage to fill it up and add chemicals. If we didn't have our own personal hot tub not sure if other guests would know how to do this. These are all minor things. We use to own a vacation rental out in the Hills and these we're things we found to be needed in our cabin. Would we stay there again? Yes, yes my family wants to go back again and stay. The view of Lead was amazing at night. Thank you so much.
