Not only is this apartment Cozy, luxurious and offers everything you need to be comfortable, it is located in the heart of the Old West Side, minutes from Kerry town and downtown Ann Arbor's shops and restaurants! Walking distance to University of Michigan hospital and Campus, as well as experiencing all that the beautiful Huron river has to offer: Argo Park beautiful hiking, bike/running trails, canoeing and rapid water tubing.

We loved this place. Off street parking was easy to find, the location is an easy walk to the University, plus it’s a charming place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was awesome, especially the shower! We’ll definitely go back.

The apartment is great - very mindful in every detail. The communication was great. My only issue was the parking situation - to me it was a significant inconvenience. There is only street parking and the closest street parking requires a neighborhood permit (not issued). Loading and unloading is tricky as is parking. There seems to be space behind the main house - if allowed parking back there would solve the issue. I didn’t feel safe with my car on the street and it was pretty far away - I couldn’t see it to monitor it.
