About this apartment rental
This 1 bedroom, luxury apartment is in a prime location ! Walking distance to U of M hospital , central campus Kerry-town, downtown shopping and restaurants. It is also minutes away from Argo Park which offers beautiful hiking and running trails which takes you around the Huron river, as well as a wonderful canoe livery.
This unit is in a lovely Ann Arbor home on the old west side of Ann Arbor near the historical district, and has the best of everything! -All Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. hardwood floors throughout and granite counters. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with porcelain tile and a Kohler rain shower , towel warmer. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer in unit, and a private entrance. The rent includes water, gas ,electric central air conditioning, high speed internet .

This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each morning. Highly recommend!

This property and its host were fantastic. Communication was clear and timely. Location was great providing proximity and tranquility. I can't stress how on the ball the host was. Would option this property again for another stay in Ann Arbor.
